Firehouse Subs Superstition Springs

Apparently, if you order extra pickles, they will give no pickles instead. Sandwich is falling apart as I eat it, and I'm not even sure there's cheese on it. Other locations have been much better. If I'm spending $12 on just a sandwich, it could at least be made well.

Great subs like always, employees are friendly. Just missing the Firehouse signature cherry limeade drink. Might go out of our way to the north power location so we can get the drink next time.

My husband and I went yesterday for lunch, had the pleasure of being served by three sweet young ladies. I didn’t know this location existed, and was very pleased with the discovery close to our home!

Terrible service. Skye was at the register today and treated us like we were idiots and the dirt on her shoes. Didn’t greet us or tell us she was available to take our order until she had been standing there staring at us for a couple minutes. Mumbled the entire time. No one else was in the store except 2 other workers.

I'm normally not a big sub sandwich person but I'm nót exaggerating when I say I was hooked from the first bite! I'm not sure what it is the hot sun, the sauce, the combination of it all but wow! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff too!

Always a friendly face and great food.Definitely recommend the Turkey Bacon Ranch, but sub the turkey with chicken! Thanx for doing your part for our community as well ❤️‍

When me and my kids walked in n one greeted us or said hello or welcome to firehouse subs. I always got all three of my sandwiches made wrong. I had told them they were not supposed to have cheese on them and they did not apologize or anything I felt that was very rude. Will not be coming back to this location. We all make mistakes but saying sorry goes a long way. Very disappointed.

My hubby and I eat there every week! Always good and we are treated well. The customer that complained is a moron. He was entitled and arrogant. He was VERY rude. We were witnesses. Please ignore his negativity!!! If you scroll down, he left a negative review 3 months ago. Why is he back to complain yet again??? We will continue to patronize this store!!! It's awesome!!!

Firehouse subs on Superstition is AWESOME! My husband and I go every week! The guy who left the nasty review thinks he's better than everybody else. He was condescending and arrogant. We were there and witnessed his actions. The employees did NOTHING wrong.. we will continue to eat there. THE BEST!!!!

Best subs ever! My favorite is the Club Sub. So glad their is a new location right in Superstition Springs!!!!If you have not tried them before stop in. They are tucked in the south end of Fry’s grocery next to a title office. Easy to miss.Just hoping they stay busy to support location.Visited tonight Tuesday Dec 5th. Staff was excellent! Sorry I missed your names.

I have been here a couple times and I was greeted with awesome energy and a friendly staff the first time, and definitely an in training staff the second. I would just give them some time; they just opened! Food was great regardless, it just might come out a little slow but it's taste in quality does not compare to Subway!
