I've always enjoyed eating at First Watch in the past. I had the traditional breakfast. It was always very good, this time, not so good. The potatoes were burnt. The bacon was overcooked. I feel like the quality in that restaurant is losing its value. I don't think I'll be eating there again anytime soon.

It was so loud in there, I couldn't hear myself think. So much for atmosphere. They put us in a booth in which I, a plus-size human, barely fit. I was not comfortable at all. As for the food, I ordered the Bacado omelet. It was listed as having bacon, cheese, avocado, and sour cream. There was enough bacon, but the cheese was undetectable. The avocado consisted of one small chunk on top and, after eating 3/4 of the omelet, I found another 2 to 3 small chunks at the far end. The sour cream was only a small dollop, about a tablespoon, on top and nowhere near enough. Then there were the potatoes. They were either large underdone cubes or small, dark brown, and nearly burnt slivers. Pathetic. I won't be going back.

Such a cute place to meet up with friends or dine alone. I came in alone today and asked for a single booth table and they accommodated for me with no hassle. I started out ordering the Honey Crunch Iced Coffee. It is very sweet, almost like a dessert. So if you like sweet, this is for you! My server, Amber, was so attentive to me and surrounding guests while I was browsing the menu. I ended up ordering the Farmhouse Hash plate without onions, overeasy egg. The egg was perfectly cooked around the white and the yoke was ready for dipping toast or spreading over the bacon mixed potatoes. The music is low enough for conversation but loud enough to also just sit and listen. Very clean and nice lighting.

Order delivery through uber eats, that was not the issue. The issue was the biscuits and gravy, both biscuits were still raw. Nothing like raw dough to start your day.
