My husband, my bestie and myself went to this location for the first time today. Right away we noticed it was pretty busy, so we expected to wait a bit for a table. It took about 20 minutes to get seated. Then our server came, introduced herself and said she would be back to get our drink order. It took her 20 minutes to come back. Approx 5 minutes later she brought our drinks and about 15 more for the food. The hubby was already pretty irritated by this point so when his food came out missing all the veggies, (when he only asked to hold the chives) he was like, “seriously!?!” I was able to talk him down but then the server never came back so his frustration resurfaced.by this time it had been at least ten minutes since the food was dropped off and it was getting cold. Luckily a super nice guy who was bussing tables (Jose, I think he said) he went and got someone for us. Shortly after a super pretty, kind, tall, professional girl came from the back (I didn’t get her name) She apologized and explained that they could not remake the dish as they had ran out of ingredients. However, In her sincerity, Kindness, And professionalism, she was able to rectify the situation. By the time she walked away from the table, the Hubby’s mood had changed and he was happy again. The take away: terrible service but , I don’t want to say our servers name because I don’t know her circumstances. It could have been an off day for her. The food was very good and the manager girl who came to our table saved my entire day by fixing my husband’s mood. Shout out to Jose!! I think we’ll just keep going to our old location (power and McKellips) and stick with Heather. She’s always on top of things.
