Meal came without bacon. After 10 minutes of trying to get the attention of the server, we were informed they ran out of bacon and it would be 15 minutes before it came out of the oven. Our server did not check on us until the bill came. Not a good experience. The noise level was quite high too.

As we were waiting for our order, I watched them put our food order on another persons table. It was in front of them for 3-4 minutes until everyone, including the server realized it was our food and not theirs. They then immediately took the food back to the kitchen and then about 20 seconds later try to serve it to us and act like nothing was wrong. I told the server there was no way they were going to serve us food that sat in front of someone else, we left. I then called to inform the manager on duty why was named “Nathan”. He basically said that was against their policy to do that but really offered nothing and was of no help. I cannot believe a restaurant would try something like this. It is against any ethical food handling service, especially for a large chain restaurant. I would stay away from this place and their employees handling the food. Who knows what else they try behind closed doors in the kitchen. I think they were hoping I was dumb and didn’t notice what they did. Kind of hard not to when you see the table next to you get served the exact same food as you ordered. This place should be retrained. I would have had a lot of respect if they had told me what happened and made me wait longer to make out food fresh again.
