Verified our order with the waitress to be sure that we would get what we asked for. We got everything except for the extra item that I verified she would be sure to get. I explained that I wanted to trade their special bread or toast for a pancake she said that would be fine. Had I known that they would have canceled the bread and charged me $7 for a pancake with nothing on it, I would have had a different opinion. Our mealsll arrived and my potatoes were so salty they were unedible unless I mixed them with my eggs which hadn't been salted fortunately. 1/3 to 1/2 of my potatoes were burnt or overcooked beyond edible. My eggs were supposed to be over medium and came over and undercooked. As I used gift cards we purchased from Sam's club to pay, I explained to the waitress that the bill and her tip were to come out of$48 and there should be $2 left on the gift card. That gave her 20% tip plus 53 cents. She handed my card back to me and explained there is a $1.63 left on your card and turned and walked away. Bad food, bad service and theft, no reason to go there again.

Don't know about anything but take out and to go orders.. they ignore you to the fullest, no one asks if you need help or why you're just sitting there.. they take forever and you are not a priority for take out or to go orders any day or anytime they are open..

I was served a burned biscuit that had the burned side scraped off. They put a ridiculous amount of gravy on top hoping I wouldn’t see or taste it. The server never came back to the table except to give us our ticket and didn’t know that the manager had to try and rectify the order. The manager appeared to be going out of his way to take care of this issue. We usually eat at the Signal Butte location and have never had the issue of poor service and food quality.

After visiting this restaurant again, the food has definitely declined in quality and taste. Not able to order a Bloody Mary, all out. Food cold on arrival to table. I will not be coming back anytime soon. Much improvement needed.

I ordered the eggs Benedict without tomato and of course it came with a tomato! It was horrible! They put it on a ciabatta bread, and the bread was hard as a brick. The food was not good and the service was just me. I asked for Tabasco sauce, and it never came. I will not be going back to this place for breakfast! It was awful.
