Normally this place is great. Today there are open and clean tables with people waiting to be seated. Why? As we wait I watch tables leave and sit dirty. Servers walk past the dirty tables and do not clear. Zero urgency, people walked in asking about a table and were told 25 min as I stand here, they turned and left. Slippery slope to being a garbage spot.
Alexa was the best server ever!! She was full of light, joy, laughter, and was very caring to our needs. If we come back soon I will be asking for her to be my server again, she is an absolute pro. Alexa if you’re reading this, thank you once again and have a merry Christmas
I had such a great experience at First Watch thanks to Alexa. She was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Not only was she incredibly personable, but she made the entire visit feel warm, easy, and welcoming. She checked in on us at the perfect moments without ever feeling pushy, and you could tell she truly cared about making sure we enjoyed our meal.
