Just went in to get just three plain hamburger patties. They charge you $10.39 at patty!!!! That's ridiculous!!! I'm not getting a sandwich!! Just a plain hamburger patty!! I'll go to Applebee's cause I know their hamburger patties are nice, thick & juicy & no where close to that price!!

I ordered two burgers, fries, drinks. Made it all the way home and was missing a burger… like that’s unacceptable. (My fault for not checking I guess). Called them and they said to come back another time and they’ll refund my entire meal. So I went and they only refunded the burger. So I drove out of my way to go again just to get a measly burger refund. Do better five guys. Food was bland too.

Wow, $35 for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries? I should have gotten a steak with it. Very expensive and the burger wasn’t that good. I did like the shake however (that was not included in the $35). This will be my last time trying Five Guys. Just too damn expensive, more than 2x In&Out.

I went in to order burgers when i got to the counter the manager told the employee at the register to not take any orders for a while as they had a "large" order to deal with in back, which looked to be about 20 hamburgers. There was 1 other customer in the restaurant at the time. The Manager was acting like a jerk to his 4 employees behind the counter that were clearly under trained. The poor girl employee tried hard to get things done around him but he acted like she was not competent of doing anything and was very rude. We waited 10 min before an employee asked the manager if she should take our order he said NO not for a while. We ended up walking out as well as other customers in line behind us. Hard to believe a hamburger place like 5 guys could not handle more than 25 burgers at once. The place was empty!!!!! Better Manager equals better profits and Happy Employees that will work hard for you.

Very frustrated, went to have lunch with my small 2 pomeranians, they saw me with them when I came in and didn't said anything about it, let me order and we were already eating one lady came to me to saying that they don't allow dogs. Why didn't say it from the beginning and let me order?I think it is disrespectful having us stop eating to get out of the place.Only 2 customers at the restaurant and not body complained about it, they just shouldn't let me order if I couldn't be there with them.
