A PTSD trained service dog under federal and state of AZlaw is a trained service animal with rights of access under the ADA, which is a federal law. We were denied entry because someone with a power trip didn't like the color of my face. This is totally unacceptable and I will let everyone know. I just hope the manager finds out and sends this idiot back to school!

My first visit to Five Guys ever, was nothing short of a culinary revelation. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an atmosphere of professionalism and efficiency that set the stage for an extraordinary meal. The employees were a masterclass in courteous service, working seamlessly to ensure every order was handled with precision and care.
The food itself was, in a word, astronomical. The burgers and fries exceeded every expectation, delivering an unforgettable experience that was both deeply satisfying and genuinely delicious. This was more than just a meal; it was a testament to a fast-food establishment that takes immense pride in its craft.
Having now experienced the pinnacle of what a burger joint can be, Five Guys has captured my unwavering loyalty and respect. This location has set a new standard for quality and service, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly amazing meal.

Food is good but way to expensive. Please have your employees change their gloves once they have taken payment at the cash register. They took my payment and then walked back behind the counter handling food with the same gloves.
My visits to this location have been in the afternoon on weekends and I've always had great experiences
the fries were hot and delicious the rest of the food was good
the crew was attentive and got the food made fast
I've used the restroom at this location and it was clean

Had a Hamburger with all the way fixings, wife had a bacon cheeseburger with a few toppings, shared large fries, regular drink and a chocolate shake. Cost $43.50! All the food was pretty good - burger meat was excellent. With the tip $46.00, a little pricey. Recommend.

For starters, my cashier decided to proceed with a 20% tip before I could even choose to enter anything in. An $8 tip on a $42 order is a lot for an order-at-the-counter place. So that was cool. (And making a $42 order $50 is a big difference.)
Beyond that, my burger was awful. The patties weren’t seasoned at all, and not browned at all. It was so wet and grey and flavorless they may of well have just boiled it. And it made the bun so soggy the whole thing disintegrated after one bite.
Given that this isn’t exactly a cheap burger place, and no thank you. 2 burgers, 1 small cheeseburger, 1 medium fry split between 3 of us and 3 waters for $42 is okay if the burgers are amazing… but they decidedly were not. “We give you a lot of fries and some peanuts” doesn’t make up for the rest.

Burger, fries and milkshake cost $25.00 for 1 person. I hope they have financing available for a family. Food was gr8.

The cashier (probably the manager) will scream at you across the restaurant if you tried to take a cup of peanuts to go. Usually I eat in, but I had a super short lunch and honestly was wanting to treat myself that day. Never did I think that the peanuts were “for in dining only “and that you could not take them with you. It’s not like I was loading up the whole bag. I only got one scoop full. But that was enough for the guy behind the counter to scream. You can’t take those with you! The whole restaurant heard I was terribly embarrassed and will never go back. That’s too bad because it’s my favorite place to go and again, it was a special treat for me that day. I had no idea I was doing something wrong. I could see coming over and explaining or putting up a sign, but I’ve never seen anything like this. Horrible customer service! For .05 of peanuts, you’ve lost a forever customer that used to come as a special treat for herself
