Cheeseburger and Fries were delicious. Reminds me of an old fashioned burger. Fries were hot n crunchy. Loved them. Walk in and grab some ? peanuts too!

I have held off on putting a negative review on this location. But after multiple wrong orders I have reached my limit. When a person is paying $18 for a bacon dog and Cajun fries there isn't a lot of forgiveness for an order but 3 different times enough is enough. I would think it would have triggered a ut oh when I asked the lady who had just made my fries and handed me my bag for extra cajun seasoning, and telling her that I love a little extra that there was a mistake with the order. I don't know much more that I could do as a customer other than physically unwrapping my food before leaving to make sure that the order was right I tip every time I say clearly what I want and thus a third time wrong order.I'm done sadly with this location as it's been multiple times and as the saying goes it falls on me after a while to keep coming back.

It's been a long time it's been a lot of years since I've stepped foot into Five Guys restaurant. But I am here to say that at least this location on power rd in Mesa AZ. Just renewed my taste for five guys burgers. It was the best burger that I have had in a very long time. No other burger joint in the area could top what I had today. Thanks now let's hope that when I go back again will I get the same awesome burger...

The food was not bad, I just was not impressed by any of it. Mediocre is the word I would use to describe it at

Laughable poor experience at this location…I have been to about a dozen different locations statewide over the last 12mo, and this is the only location that CALLED-IN THEIR INTERNAL PEANUT POLICE ?? STAFF when I ordered a to-go order at the counter and went to grab 2 trays of peanuts for my order for 2 people.Grabbed my drinks, waited for my order, scooped the 2 trays, then the PEANUT POLICE MIDGET OF A MAN says I can’t take those “to-go”, so I say, “so I’ve got them ready and touched them and you want me to just throw them out now?” This DF police cop says “yes”, so I just leave them on their beautifully greasy, uncleaned red service countertop (that should be cleaned frequently to avoid such malfeasance but they are too busy policing peanut counts).LOL, no problem, not one more dollar spent at this location all over 2 trays of peanuts worth less than the condiments and napkins people take home with them on a typical to-go order. To the PEANUT POLICE at this location, if this is indeed your policy, CLEARY POST IT AND ANNOUNCE IT prior to all orders to avoid losing valuable customers over peanuts. In fact, how about a warning for the 1st violation and then say “please just have those valuable peanuts on your next dine-in experience, thank you”…??? SMFH.

Guy had gloves on and took my money then I noticed he proceeded to press down on the buns with the same gloves he took my money with. I was like ya gonna throw those away that you touched? Asked for money back and left. I recommend going else where and keeping a watchful eye. Then the food they were making that was suspect they continued to prep.

This location skimps on French fries. Nothing more frustrating after paying almost 10 bucks. And you get a small serving. Don’t order anything over a small for French fries. It’s not meant to share lol.

Service was friendly and fast. The place was clean; not very busy, just one other small family eating there. I had the double patty hamburger with everything on it. I felt the bun was too thin and got soggy before I got done eating it. The hamburger had gristle in it. The condiments weren't fresh. Not worth the $11 for just a hamburger.

Love the food but couldn't stand the rude folks behind the counter. I simply asked if they offered a military discount for active duty military and they approached the counter closer and said, "Five Guys had never offered any discounts, never has and never will!" So yeah, I didn't really mind the discount but I can't stand rude service.
