Tried the new smasburger tacos and those were excellent. Most of the same burger toppings plus spicy fry sauce in a grilled tortilla. About $4 each and 360 calories each.

The service here was fantastic, very quick and nice workers. They had good recommendations and even made a point to check in with us to see if we needed anything even though it's not really a sit-down restaurant. I didn't love the burger, or the fries, but that is a personal opinion. The fries are too thin for me, but they were still tasty and there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Overall good experience!

I used to like the food here. Before tonight I would have given it 4 stars. However, tonight I got a California Burger meal with MULTIPLE hairs in it. It seems like there are a bunch of teens working there, I get it, it's a burger joint, but don't be gross. Pull your hair back and wash your hands please! They got 2 stars because they did apologize and give me a refund. I'm just sad because it's ruined for me now.

1/4/2026 - Do Not Order Tater Tots!!! Someone decided to put a ton of onion and garlic powder on these with no salt. It is disgusting and causes indigestion. Like use Danos’s or something and at least tell people these are not regular tater tots! Literal onion and garlic powder dump. Also everyone has a hat and all their hair flows with a ponytail holder. Look: If you want a meal with no hair and that will not make you sick please, just go somewhere else! I will never be back, which is sad because I have them years to improve. Please, just shut this chain down. And call a health inspector!!!!! Do not try to give me food in exchange! You guys are literally the worst burger chain in town

Best patty melt I’ve ever had, and it’s not even close. Tater tots are top notch, and beat out their fries. I pray that Freddy’s will make it out to my area one day so I can stop dreaming about that patty melt….

I wanted to leave a review for the Freddy’s location at 6846 E. Hampton Ave., Mesa, AZ 85209. We originally came in last week and ordered a few meals, but when we got home, part of our order was missing. My husband called and spoke with a manager, who kindly offered two options: come back right away so they could remake the meal, or return at a later time for a complimentary replacement. A week later today 12/10/2025, I stopped in, but it appeared my name hadn’t been written down by the male manager we spoke with. Thankfully, we had the pleasure of being helped by Alexander, who took our carryout order and was incredibly kind. The store manager on duty, Rainn, also went out of her way to make sure I received the comped meal for the issue we had previously, even though they couldn’t find our name in their notes. I want to give a big shoutout to both Alexander and Rainn for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Great job, team!

I came to this location about a month ago with my partner, and we received exceptional service from the closing staff and manager Cathy! They were friendly, funny, and the food was fabulous! Can’t wait to be back. Thank you guys so much for a great experience!

Good burgers overall. Wish they had more meat for the price you pay. Feel Inn n Out has them beat easily in price vs quality vs quantity but it's still decent food, if overpriced.

Friendliest Freddy's I have ever been to. Cally is the best! She is cheerful and very attentive to making sure the customer is happy!! Hooray for her customer service and it infects the entire staff to be attentive also! Made our day!!!

We visited tonight for a chocolate concrete with chocolate chips and a pup cup. On a previous visit, the chocolate chips were unavailable. A young lady serving us remembered this detail from our last visit and comped our ice cream because of it.

This was a truly sweet and appreciated gesture. We are very thankful for the staff's attentiveness and excellent customer service.
