Great location. I had a rough day of work and wanted to treat myself. The gentleman working the counter who's name escapes me but he had brown hair was an amazing cashier. His professionalism and kindness was exceptional in an industry that prioritizes quickness over quality. My food was delivered in a prompt manner and tasted great. My concrete was even hand delivered to the table which was a nice touch. Overall, in terms of "fast food" you can't ask for better than Freddy's.

I truly have never experienced customer service like this in my entire life. I NEVER leave reviews but I come here often and the service is better than any fine dining restaurant i’ve been too and i’m so serious. Calli or Christina helped me out today I believe and they were just so awesome and sweet. and not to mention this service is happening IN THE DRIVE THRU! literally not even dining in and I am completely shocked at how amazing the service is.

We bought 3 lg cheese fries and there was a dime size amount of cheese on the fries. We had to add more to it. For the price they charge for the cheese fries they should put the proper amount on it. And I didnt even think the food was all that great. For the price I will take my family to applebees. My family of 5 got a burger and fries and 2 got milkshakes and 1 a cup of custard and we spent close to 130.00 USD. Just crazy.

Every time I come in I’m helped by either Calli, Nina, or Christina and the service here is really what makes it especially worth to cheat on my diet. I always feel so appreciated every time I stop in more than some actual sit down restaurants I’ve been to in the past.
