I dont know if it was just my expectation or what but I want to like this place more but I cant. First, sandwitch was served on toast. Which means as you eat it, it get mushy. Probably needs to be on a bun. Service was ok but can tell the place is struggling. Fries were hot and crispy but zero seasoning. Some seasoning will go a long way. In the end, its just an ok place. 2.25 out of 5 stars. There would need to be some changes for me to go back

I ordered the buffalo chicken burger which is basically some chicken stripe, cheese, pickle, lettuce, and sauce of my choice. I asked no pickles, and no cheese (they just slap a cold piece of cheese on there) with buffalo sauce. I received a plain chicken sandwich, no sauce, no lettuce, just the strips and some mayo. The strips are pretty good, the regular fries are below average. Ill cut the employee who cooked some slack as whoever was on register (seemingly the manager) didnt communicate ANYTHING to his cook. literally just told him a sandwich, the cook had to make the fries on the fly so thats probably why everything was mid, but looking at the previous reviews, its just disappointing.

I wish the owners cared enough about this place to make it enjoyable to go to. 1. Soda machine had no CO2 and the employee didn’t know how to change it and said he’d need to call someone but never did. 2. Bathroom was filthy and had no paper towels or toilet paper - couldn’t dry my hands off 3. The place was dead but the tables were still dirty 4. The food was not good. I will say the bread was quite good but the chicken and sauce was not good 5. Fries were good 6.For a 15 dollar meal I was underwhelmed 7. The place needed some paint where there have been obvious signs of damage. Lack of unkeep isn’t a welcoming environment

Even though we were the only customers when we ordered it still took 20 minutes for us to get our food - the soda machine also had no carbonation and the employee said he didn’t know how to change it out. Restaurant seems rundown as well. The employee was not in a working uniform but instead was in Street clothes and it didn’t really seem like he knew what he was doing. It’s no wonder why this place was completely empty except for one other customer halfway through our meal on a Friday during prime time lunchtime

I placed an order for pickup through Door dash. Immediately received confirmation that my order was being prepared. Showed up at the store and they said they never received my order. They said I could wait 25 minutes for them to cook my food. Or I could come back in 4 hours to ask a manager for a refund.
DO NOT order using apps! And if you order in-persin expect to wait almost 30 minutes to get fried chicken.

I had high expectations when trying this place based upon the reviews. I think there needs to be a chart because there is no way this place is more than a 1 star. It was very filthy and smells of old mop water. My feet stuck to the floor and you can barely see out of the windows. Stay Away!
As a muslim, I don’t want to give you lower rating. But you have to maintain good quality and give fresh chicken fry. I did not spend $70 on uber eats to get old chicken from previous day over-fried in oil again. This is not the first time this happened. I experienced this twice before which is unfortunate.

This restaurant and their employees need to learn how to use the uber eats tablet to change their pickup/delivery times. They made two drivers wait over 10 minutes for my meal and took over an hour to prepare 1 sandwich and a 3 piece chicken order. This is pathetic and I will not be ordering delivery from here again. I feel terrible for the drivers not being compensated for the time this restaurant has wasted. Uber needs to discontinue their business with this restaurant as soon as possible since they are incompetent.

I got a 16 piece bucket meal. The chicken was dry, likely reheated. The waffle fries were soggy. This place is not worth it.
Best chicken in the valley! The coating is so light and crispy! Everything is cooked to order so it’s piping hot and delicious.
