Ordered my cake online on Monday for pickup on Friday. Cake was not only not ready, but nonexistent and there was no decorator on staff. Asked for a plain, not-custom version to have SOMETHING to provide the birthday girl and they didn't even have that. Was told to go to another Frys an hour and a half later. The party was in less than an hour from pickup. Incredibly disappointing. Will never trust ordering a cake from this Frys bakery again.

Fry's at the store level - or at this store will not issue rain checks. However, my understanding from their parent company Kroger they should offer rain checks. On an item like coco oil - but I was told firmly they do not and would not.Can you say Wincoo, Safeway, Albertson's will start to see my business increase and leave Fry's to those individuals who DON'T mind being told No, No, No, and the cop out of COVID 19 as to why in September of 2020.
