The Las Vegas Orleans location needs major management and staff. On a Friday night at 10pm over a 40 minute wait. The lady working was ridiculous. I’m literally here right now and just got refund and went and ordered pizza. What a joke. Never again.

I’ve always had a great experience at Fudds. The burgers are always fresh and the top your own burger bar is their signature bonus. I hope they re-open. I’ve been going there since the 70s.

First I was a fan of their burgers. Then I had a Chili Cheese Dog. I don't think I had another burger since that day.
The chicken sandwiches and hot wings are great too, but if you see me there, I'll be eating a Chili Cheese Dog with a big smile on my face.
I LOVE the dress your burger up yourself bar, because I don't put anything on my burgers, just meat and cheese. And I hate that at most places I have to say I want my burger plain. Here it comes that way and you can dress it up how you like, with as much of whatever you like. For me...nothing. lol
The self serve all you can drink fountain machines are often busy and you may have to wait in line but hey, it's all you can drink.
OH... I almost forgot...The milkshakes are incredible. The cookies are delicious.

Sadly, when I passed the restaurant, there was a sign that said “open space available” looks like fuddruckers is closed in mesa 😕

Long time fan, who has finally given up. (35 years I've been going to Fuddruckers throughout CA)
Quality and service have consistently been declining, particularly last 10 years.
Today though ... I'm finally done.
They messed up my order (yet again), predictably blamed me, and adamantly refused to fix it. 2/3lb is not the same as 1/3lb, no need for a scale - anyone's eyes can blatantly see it.
I truly am sad, but at this point it's clearly time for us all to mourn the death of Fuddruckers and move onto the future.

I hope they open the place soon, the burgers are delicious and the managers are very friendly, especially Daniel, he serves very kindly, very good attitude, I hope they open soon.
So sad to see this place failing. We used to go on a regular basis but covid really hurt them and they never recovered. No more good deals, no more birthday club, no more maintenance on the facility, no surprise that they are closed. It says temporarily but I doubt it at this point.

Drove all the way out to Mesa to the last standing Fuddruckers only to find that, despite the hours saying open, the location was closed due to a failure to pay rent. Not surprising. The sign on the restaurant was broken and their To Go sign in the parking lot was so cracked and faded that really I'm just assuming it was parking for To Go orders. There was a handwritten sign on the door saying they would be closed until 5/31. Well, it's 6/2 and they're still closed so Fudd may be done in AZ.

Burger was not fresh or hot Shakes smelled funny, milk issue. Fries were dry!! The seats are very uncomfortable in the round boot, its like sitting on a wood bench. Just grab a chair!! Soda machine was out of service.
