Pretty sad how Fuddruckers has fallen. This is the last location in the PHX area and I have a feeling this one won't last long. Food was terrible, burger had no seasoning, fixings were dry and sad looking and like everyone else, only one soda machine was working. The men's restroom smelled like pee and it's falling apart just like the restaurant. So sad.

Haven't been there since I was 6 years old.. had the best hamburger I have in a very long time... definitely gonna go back again if you haven't been there it is a must try you won't be disappointed

The manager REFUSED us service because my mother's service dog not have his vest. We had his official id card and presented that and were refused service! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE! Go across the street to 5 and Diner no problem there at all!

$30.00 for two cheeseburgers, a beer and a coke. Onion rings were fried in old oil. Burgers were good, but not great. Parking lot and the general restaurant atmosphere were terribly neglected. Only about four other tables were occupied, indicative of loss popularity. It used to be a favorite of mine. No ¼ pounders, only ½ or ⅓ lb available.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot lines all but invisible. No Handicapped parking signs visible. Dirty and unkempt.

Been going to this location for over 20 years.Patty the Manger is AWESOME!This review has to to with the owners and not her.Main disappointment with this dining experience was the hamburger buns are not good anymore. LOVED LOVED the buns they used to have. They tasted and smelled so good as they were being baked.Also the seasoning on the fries has changed. They used to be my favorite friesIn Short bring back the buns and bring back the original seasoning for the fries

Ok now this Fuddruckers has thier act together. We visited another on in Albuquerque a few days prior to this one amd the experience was not good. This location however was GREAT! and worth the trip from Colorado. Fresh made burgers and buns so soft and fluffy you could sleep on them. Keep up the good work and what a great staff. We will be back!

Ive gone to Fuddruckers since I was a kid. This is the last time I will be going or taking my family there.Ive given this place several chances. The last time I was here was 10 months ago, and STILL, their soda machine is broken, they're offering cans of soda, tables are dirty, theyve got unprofessional printouts blocking menu items that are out of stock, things are broken, tables are dirty. They dont even play atmosphere music! The last few times this has been the case. Worse yet, my chicken tenders were trash. One was hard as a rock, breading shredding off it, and one of them is hardly even a tender. I mean just look at this! Disgraceful.Im convinced theyre intentionally not keeping up on repairs or investing back into the business because they intend on the location closing down over time. Nothing else makes sense. What a waste of a once 5-star restaurant and staple of my family.

I love a juicy burger chocked to order which for me is medium rare. Burger and a shake that we shared were outstanding. Their soda machine wasn't working for any diet soda but they supplied cans. There was some confusion as to the number they handed us and the number for the order. The number for the table was only for the shake which they left after shake delivery.
Service and staff were excellent, my 1/2lb burger was fairly tasty, however my wife's 1/3 lb burger was over done and dried out. The interior could definitely use an upgrade.

Regards to Joe Swanson & Willy LewisIn November I had a slip and fall, the manager Patty G didn't file the claim properly the first time and took me months just to receive a phone number to a woman named Tonya Ford who was supposed to contact me backIt has been month, and I'm still in suffering pain from your facility have melted ice all over with dim lighting.This is absolutely atrocious that I've had to suffer at the hands of PURE negligence!I cannot believe you people refuse to answer for your mistakes!Now I can see why there was so many changes of ownership, you are all just a wash, simply scamming people using a franchise name!

Run down no repairs have been done in years seats torn. Sign outside broken paint faded badly. Soda machine broken has been for 6 months. Yeah not going back very disappointing in the decline of what could be an enjoyable meal. And the jalapeño is missing in the tasteless sauce.
