What changed in the last 9 months? Last time I ordered Genos was back in December. The filly cheese steak sandwich was amazing the fries were great.Now I have a sandwich where the bread smells bad (That's weird, I've never had bread smell bad before and I don't mean bad as in moldy I mean bad as in like the smell is actually unpleasant.) The mozzarella sticks aren't crispy, the fries are soggy, the meat on the filly is bland, and so is the cheese sauce.I looked through my bank statements I've ordered from here 10 times since May 2021. I honestly don't know if I will order from here again after this experience.

So my girls wanted to try this place out, and we did. Got 2 Large Pepperoni pizzas. My girls loved them. Started eating before we got home. Only thing I think ( but it was only myself ) is the tomato sauce tasted a little sweet, and 2 of the slices only had 1 Pepperoni on it. Texture was great, and not so thick. Pizza on photo is the one with more Pepperoni. ( we ate one with less on the way home : )

$11 for a 6 inch sub with no sides. What!? Not to mention the tip jar on the counter. You guys are already getting paid to make the food and hand it to me. If not, what are you getting an hourly wage to do? I'm pretty sure you are not making server wages. Not only are restaurants charging ridiculous prices for the food, they want us to tip too. I had to buy a Groupon just so I could treat myself to a meal made for me that I can afford. I think tip jars in an establishment like this are tacky.

Customer service was great! We ordered The hot cheesecake sub meal. Cheese bread, The large 28-in pizza. And a couple drinks. We had a Groupon. And even after the Groupon our bill was over $50.I understand we got a lot of stuff but the prices are pretty high. Was $8 for the cheese bread which was the size of a 14-in pizza. It was not good. It was just on their thin crust pizza.The customer service was awesome. Both employees that were there were super awesome.

Found a hidden gem today. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Come support this GREAT family owned spot. Not only was the food delicious, the mother and son were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back!!

Pizza is amaze balls. This restaurant has a real mom and pop vibe and if you like supporting local family business this is your place! (Think bob burgers but pizza) 10/10 recommend checking out this undercover Mesa gem and get yourself a slice of cheese pizza they have gluten and vegan options that I appreciate

The pizza, zucchini, French fries were amazing. The owner was very friendly and helpful. This was our 1st time there. The prices are great. And ingredients are fresh and not round sausage chunks actual sausage. Great little place.. lots to choose from. We will definitely go back or have it delivered in. KeepUp the good work . Ordered one Lrg Pepperoni. Sign in plaza says $5 pizza, there's also a picture from 4 years ago on this review page, showing a menu with $5 pizza. That is NOT THE TRUTH. This pizza was $16.75 pick up,and unfortunately, not even as good as the 5$ pizzas from Lil Caesars.1st, my pizza was very cold, even tho I was only 9 minutes after my specified pickup time.2nd, the dough was watery, not crisp or soft, just kinda in between, and almost rubbery.3rd, the sauce was VERY bland, I mean we're talkin worse than Prego! ?4th not very much cheese at all, which is unfortunate because they could've hid the horrible taste of the crust, sauce, (and strangely big Pepperonis which taste like salami...?) if they would've made a nice thick layer of cheese which was their best ingredient. ??♂️.Overall it's a 2 star for me just because I haven't tried anything else on the menu. Pizza is thumbs down ?? from me and my partner who also ate it.

The Philly cheesesteaks here are awesome. Stopped in the other day and had one. It reminded of a place back home that had the best Philly's but had closed a few years back. Haven't had anything this good in a long time. I'm glad we found yall.

Almost no cheese. Almost no pineapple and sausage. This place went from the best pizza in town to the.....I don't know what to say. So disappointed. And I paid extra for extra toppings. If this order is correctly remade I will remove my post. But that's the purpose of yelp. To warn others before they get bad service.

I've lived in California for 12 years and recently moved here to Mesa. I'm originally from Philadelphia and I have to say this is by far with out a doubt the best cheesesteak I've had outside of Philly. Hands down No one even comes close straight FIRE ! This is my new favorite place to eat. If I could give it 10 stars I would

I was very happy with our visit. Amazing pizza and fries. The service was awesome. Made us feel like we were a part of the family and didn’t mind my son playing Spider-Man in there. Highly recommend getting some food from here.
