Really good, everything there is good the toppings are great, awesome for a hot day, which in Arizona frankly is every day
I took my daughter her for the first time. After sitting down, we witnessed the young female employee care about her date sitting at a table and touching her feet and not washing her hands between serving customers. Absolutely gross and the health department will be called.

Quality of the restaurant has definitely decreased. The floor is dirty, trash cans overflowing with trash on floor. The employee at our recent visit was not dressed professionally, as in, not much clothing on. The outdoor seating is unclean with bird poop and trash everywhere.

My family and I just went to the Golden Spoon for my six year old granddaughter’s golden birthday. It was a disappointing experience. The restaurant was dirty. The girl working there was sitting at a table chatting with a friend & looking at her phone, rather than using her time to clean. They were out of hand sanitizer, no paper towels in the bathroom and napkins were scarce. There were toppings all over the floor and my 16 month old grandson was picking them up. Seriously, there was nothing golden about this experience…it was more like lead. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Did they go out of business? Locked up but Google says it should be open. Within their posted hours too. Weird
Had a large chocolate and salted caramel frozen yogurt. It was great tasting and definitely plenty for the cost. This is my wife and I new place to go for a cold treat.

My boys love thier non dairy options
Doesn’t matter how good the ice cream is if it turns into a milkshake before you even check out ?
I have been going to this establishment since they opened DAY ONE. I am APPAULED at the fact for 2 MONTHS the air conditioning has been out! The hottest summer in AZ and a frozen yogert shop doesn't have a/c?? Who would go 2 days without a/c in AZ in their home? How can you expect your sweet employees to work in that horrendous heat? It is disgusting that it has gone on this long! The owner should be ashamed of him/her self. The other 2 restaraunts next door have a/c (Hava Java and Chiptole). What is the reason for this nonsense? I've also noticed the place is not kept clean, tables dirty, wobbly, bathroom dirty...New owner maybe? The toppings are melted and stuck together because of the heat as well. Word is getting out all over social media and Next Door sites. Don't you think you should address this issue? We love the product but ??
