This place used to be a gem. They always would be very generous with their toppings. I went today and first of all most of their toppings were not there any more. No chocolate sprinkles, no granola, etc. So I ordered a small with rainbow sprinkles. There were about 12 sprinkles in the whole order. Definitely won't be back.

Did they go out of business? Locked up but Google says it should be open. Within their posted hours too. Weird

The owner has had a non working air conditioner and heating system since the beginning of the summer of 2023. The toppings were melting and sticking together. The employees appeared hot and sweating. Very unenjoyable to try and eat there. Now that it is winter it is cold inside the store. The back patio is uninhabitable as the tables are covered in bird droppings. The flavors never change. It would at least be nice to have a rotating flavor of the month. I have previously been to many Golden spoon locations and have had only positive experiences. This store has put an extremely terrible representation of the Golden Spoon franchise. Michelle A.

Service is always good, store is well kept (bring a jacket...it's always cold inside) fair prices and a good selection of toppings. The frozen yogurt is always good, the only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the flavors don't change much. I usually hit it up a few times each year and will keep going back!

Had a large chocolate and salted caramel frozen yogurt. It was great tasting and definitely plenty for the cost. This is my wife and I new place to go for a cold treat.

Love this place. We go all the time. Highly recommended. My favorite is vanialla yogurt and adding the hard shell chocolate. Just like having a dipped chocolate cone (without the cone)

Doesn’t matter how good the ice cream is if it turns into a milkshake before you even check out ?

I have been going to this establishment since they opened DAY ONE. I am APPAULED at the fact for 2 MONTHS the air conditioning has been out! The hottest summer in AZ and a frozen yogert shop doesn't have a/c?? Who would go 2 days without a/c in AZ in their home? How can you expect your sweet employees to work in that horrendous heat? It is disgusting that it has gone on this long! The owner should be ashamed of him/her self. The other 2 restaraunts next door have a/c (Hava Java and Chiptole). What is the reason for this nonsense? I've also noticed the place is not kept clean, tables dirty, wobbly, bathroom dirty...New owner maybe? The toppings are melted and stuck together because of the heat as well. Word is getting out all over social media and Next Door sites. Don't you think you should address this issue? We love the product but ??

Went for the first time and they were somewhat friendly. Girlfriend and I got peanut butter and vanilla but she was given strawberry. Strawberry good but the peanut butter was not good at all. Also no portion control as I received about the same amount of froyo in my large as her regular and paid more for it. Limited toppings. Unfortunately won’t be going back.

Loved coming here when I lived in the neighborhood right by and I still make it a point to come even now living 25+ minutes away. I've been here twice in the past month or so & the AC has been out both times. The people working here are teens, i think it's absolutely unbelievable to have kids working in these conditions. If they got rid of fruit for toppings because it won't last in the weather & all the chocolate toppings are melted then how do you expect 16 year olds to work in it. The workers have always been great and never complained about it but i can't help but feel terrible that over a month they have had to work with no AC with 110+ weather.

We go here all the time, and something has really changed for the worse with this place. First of all, the AC has been out for weeks, and it's very uncomfortable for everyone in here, workers and customers. The owner clearly hasn't bothered replacing it. Second, the workers can't do their jobs. They gave us vegan chocolate chips by accident, which were terrible, don't know how you can make that mistake when that's your one and only job to do. Went to get mint instead as a replacement, and it tasted like stale fruit, which brings me to the third issue... Something is wrong with the ice cream here lately, it might be old or the dispensers might be dirty. Whatever it is, it's nasty, and we won't be returning. Let this place go out of business so a better place can open here instead.

Okay Golden Spoon. Get your act together for your employees. 3 weeks your AC has been out, three weeks, and you have your people work in that kind of an environment? Good grief. I won't buy any excuse, given that ANYONE would have an A/C company out within DAYS if their own home went without A/C. That's insane. Pay the price to get this fixed for your employees. Disgraceful.

I would rather get my own yogurt, they get it, and I would like more flavor options... definitely pricey, but it was good.
