Ordered online and my husband went to pick up. He talked to three different people, they couldn't find the order and even after showing them the confirmation and the debit to his checking account they took a half hour to apologize and start making the order. He was there for over an hour after the online "ready by" time without being offered so much as a glass of water while he sat there. They supposedly made it up by giving a $20 gift card. We understand that mistakes can happen but this was poor customer service all around!!!

An older local place (not fancy/no frills) serving up fantastic food and service! ? Everything is super fresh and the staff are all very accommodating. This is our favorite spot for Sushi in East Mesa!

Terrible service. The lil old lady the greets you us rude. Food took overc30 minutes to get then it was subpar! Save your money.

Good sushi at a good price. They also have some tasty hot dishes. Save a few dollars by checking out their happy hour. The pics I am adding were played by me and all food was purchased to go at Got Sushi.

This place has went downhill! Ordering a $90 meal for my wife and I and it's mostly cucumber and rice! They are extremely stingy on the meat. I go to the sushi place across the street now and get much better sushi for less. Trust me.

My husband and I actually went here many many years ago and were happily surprised that they were still there. We ordered a bunch of different rolls and enjoyed all of them. The sushi was all fresh and nicely plated with reasonable prices. You can go to larger chains that have loud music, mediocre sushi, and expensive cocktails; but I would choose Got Sushi everytime! I was able to spend a nice evening with good conversation with my husband. The service was very good and the waitresses were all wonderful. We will be back!

I try giving positive comments when we can or just don't review. But this was not a good experience at all. We saw the good ratings so we gave it a try but we quickly regretted it. They gave us 2 rolls and some sashimi that was visibly not good and they didn't enter one of my boys orders until after I asked them a couple of times. Safe to say we will not be coming back here.

This place truly serves the best quality sashimi and sushi compared to other AYCE sushi restaurants in the valley. Chef Kim and staff members were very nice and friendly to us and i love the cozy and relaxing atmosphere here. Without a doubt, this place is now my preferred sushi destination for post-work dinners ?
