The spicy beef rice noodle soup tasted really off. Maybe we came late in the day and they served us what they were about to toss but this was pretty terrible. I was hungry but couldn't eat it and had to go elsewhere.

They have amazing dim sum. The soup dumpling is absolutely out of this world!!! The pork belly is also a favorite! Amazingly consistent fantastic food!

Listen - this is good cheap Chinese food and one of the best in this price tier.
In the Mekong mall. Co workers showed me the place and has been my go to Chinese takeout since. The only spot I've been able to find proper mapo tofu. Great lunch and rotating specials. The couple who own and cook (I believe the eponymous Heng's) are super cute as well and I love when great cheap food meets a locally owned small shop. I recommend trying one of the less Panda Express options on the menu to see where they shine.
I just looked it up holy crap is mapo tofu hard to make.

Had the Pork Mapo Tofu, and Spicy Beef noodles….best broth and food I’ve had HANDS DOWN. Broth is light on the stomach, the tofu absorbs the flavors beautifully, and the spice packs a punch. 10/10 🥹❤️

Pretty chill spot for lunch.
Stopped in to try their lunch special. Ordered orange chicken with white rice and a spring roll for $10, about. Happy with my order. The portion was good for the price. I think I will order fried rice next time, if possible.
I took off two stars because on the menu the lunch special said that you get a soup and the option of fried rice. But when I asked the lady looked at me like I was smoking 🤪
Hope you enjoy it!

I saw the reviews and wanted to try this place, first time here I ordered shrimp and pork fried rice. I got one shrimp I cut to make it seem as though I had more. I asked for no onions since I’m allergic and got my rice full of onions. I’m sorry to give this review but very disappointed.

The best place for authentic Shanghainese cuisine in the valley. Their noodles and dumplings are all handmade and delicious.

Underrated gem! Best mapo tofu in town! Their noodle soup is also very good, nice noodles with a flavorful broth! Chongqing chicken is also so yum!
