The customer service was outstanding! Chicken salad sandwich was legit! And that's coming from a chicken salad sandwich connoisseur. Got to try the broccoli salad to, yumminess

Although the service was good here. I feel like this place is over priced for two sandwich meal deals that I could get at another gourmet sandwich place down the street from this place for at least under 20 bucks.I don't live that close to here but usually when I do come over here it's because I got a coupon emailed to me which is what got me to visit this time again. I don't know if they are under new different management but I remember they use to give you a sliced pickle with each sandwich which is not really a big deal but it was nice. Twice that I have come here recently it looked like the same two women behind the counter were here and we didn't get one so I guess maybe that has changed under maybe new management not sure what.

Honey Baked Ham is always the very best! Delicious as usual!

Good food and quick service

Calm good food and great service employees know how to treat their customers and the food is crazy good it is to die for 10/10 would come back again

Staff was polite but waited in line for over an hour. Several walk-ins were in and out well before those of us with appointments. When I left there were more than 90 people in line. It was Thursday before Easter.

I was very unhappy with my ham it was so fatty was not like previous times. With that kind of money you would think all was worth it. Not this time.

Disappointed that you no longer get to look at the ham before you buy it. Not sure why this changed but I don't care for it. my ham has lots of fat.

Normally we go to the Phoenix one and have great service but we were out this way so in an effort to save time we stopped here. We will not again. They would not let us buy a smaller ham but insisted that those hams were for pre order only. I understand general policies change but this has never been an issue before. Then they would not let us look at the ham we were buying. If I am going to pay $75.58 for a ham I feel like you should be able to see it. I don’t want to pay that much only to find it is especially fatty or dry or has a huge un-cut rump. Then, we wanted to buy a pound of smoked turkey but was told we had to buy three pounds instead. I know it was Christmas time but the shop was not busy and I know they can break up the three pounds because they have done so in the past. We were disappointed in the service we received and will not be visiting this location again.

We love getting their ham for Christmas! The smoked turkey was a little disappointing but not bad.

I will not be going back to honey baked hams tell me that I can't get a pound of each on Thanksgiving I waited 2 and 1/2 hours to get in that hole and then when I got it home to eat it was like rubber they can have it
