Normally we go to the Phoenix one and have great service but we were out this way so in an effort to save time we stopped here. We will not again. They would not let us buy a smaller ham but insisted that those hams were for pre order only. I understand general policies change but this has never been an issue before. Then they would not let us look at the ham we were buying. If I am going to pay $75.58 for a ham I feel like you should be able to see it. I don’t want to pay that much only to find it is especially fatty or dry or has a huge un-cut rump. Then, we wanted to buy a pound of smoked turkey but was told we had to buy three pounds instead. I know it was Christmas time but the shop was not busy and I know they can break up the three pounds because they have done so in the past. We were disappointed in the service we received and will not be visiting this location again.
We love getting their ham for Christmas! The smoked turkey was a little disappointing but not bad.

Placed online order weeks in advance, didn’t prepay so I could pay cash at pickup. Stood in line for 30 minutes and they said no more walk ins or anyone who didn’t prepay. What is the point of placing an order online if it doesn’t reserve you a ham on your scheduled pickup day?
I know it's a day before Thanksgiving but a little effort to clarify which line is prepaid pickup v regular would have saved several people 2 hours of time out of their day. Look at these pics. The door that says prepaid pickup is not the actual door for prepaid pickup. Now look at the other door that several learned was for pick up. Not a sign at all.

What’s the point of prepaying for your items if the lines are moving at the same time. And then you come out and tell the very very long prepaid order line that you are almost sold out and making everyone angry. You should be taking care of the prepaid first. This is ridiculous.

Everything about this experience was an inconvenience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming. The service and environment were a huge disappointment. I could’ve eaten at home for this.

Just picked up hams today and wow they had so many people they couldn't even wrap the hams up properly - I had to rewrap with tinfoil at home to keep it from getting dried out.
Every year we go here to get our hams, each year it's been great, the taste is awesome and they have been wrapped properly, not sure what happened this year!
Parking: The line for pick up was confusing and not managed well.

Other honeybaked ham stores have a separate line for prepayment but this one makes you stand in the same line.

The food is delicious, but the restaurant itself is dirty, sloppy unorganized, and nothing on the shelves. The tables outside or dusty. The bathroom is filthy. The last sandwich was delicious.
We order a Honey Ham every year from this place. Thisnyear we bought 1 of each of the soups to bring home and make. Pretty daggum good!
