I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’m quite particular about my coffee. I don’t like anything overly sweet or artificial, and I love when things are made in-house and customized thoughtfully. This place absolutely nails it. The coffee is incredible, and somehow they’ve turned me into a latte person because theirs are that good. But, what really sets Hooligans apart is the people. The very first day I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest, most genuine welcome I’ve ever experienced in a coffee shop (or honestly, maybe anywhere). Since then, they greet me by name every time I come in, which is both amazing and dangerous in the best way. The space itself is beautiful and peaceful, with a lovely outdoor area full of greenery and a little waterfall that makes it feel like a calm oasis. And as a parent, I especially love that they have a mini coffee-making machine for kids. My toddler is obsessed with it and asks about it every time we go. It somehow manages to be a high-quality, serious coffee spot, a great workspace, a family-friendly place, and a calming environment all at once. If you love great coffee and great people, don’t miss this place. Absolute gem. It's like a nervous-system hug with espresso.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops I’ve ever been to. The staff knew my name after only going a couple times. They have new flavors come out every few months and they’re SO good. Probably one of the most underhyped coffee shops in Gilbert!!

This place is too cool. Every person in my group got a different drink (unintentional, but worked out well) and we all shared a taste with each other. Iirc, I tasted five drinks. Every single one of them were bangers. Hooligans has amazing espresso. I got the espresso tonic- I love that they serve espresso tonics. The prices are great when compared to other coffee shops that I've been to in the area but them having top tier coffee will keep me coming back. The decor is what I think of as Arizona Modern- lots of natural light, it has visual sharp edges, including cacti and succulents in planters. Over all, 10/10 will be back. Place is a gem.

Great new coffee house here in Gilbert/Mesa area. The balance of the drinks is on point. We got the sage/caramel latte iced and honey/cinnamon latte iced which were freaking awesome. Our little girl enjoyed the freshly baked blueberry muffin as well. Chill atmosphere and the employees were really cool. Definitely got a new weekly customer now.

What makes this café even more special is the atmosphere. Lush plants fill the space, and a gentle waterfall runs along the outside wall, creating a calming, nature‑like setting. It feels like stepping into a little green sanctuary—peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for slowing down with a good drink. Their sage Latte is robust with flavors and I can't wait to go back to try the other drinks. This place deserves a 5 star for providing organic flavors, healthy experience, and exceptional service.

This is hands down my favorite coffee shop . One of the first times I came in, I watched them use a scale to make drinks, and my coffee crazy lady heart was over the moon. (If you know you know!) I love the variety of seasonal drinks they offer. Their matchas are some of my favorites, and the banana bread latte is a must try when they have it! You can tell they craft their syrups in-house, which I really appreciate. What truly sets this place apart is the care and consistency they put into every drink and every customer. They always make sure I’m happy with my coffee, something I’ve rarely experienced elsewhere, where I’ve even gotten eye rolls for asking questions. That level of kindness is why I keep coming back. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind-hearted. I buy beans here every week, I’m always greeted with genuine smiles. They care about the people who walk through the door, and it shows. They remember how I like my coffee and even remember my first name. Coming from a small town, the cozy, homey, small-town feel means a lot to me it just feels special. I truly love this place and recommend it to everyone!
