The last 2 times I ordered food the chicken was so hard and dry and the pork had so much fat on it you couldn’t eat it the prices have gone up but food quality has gone down

My husband and I come here all the time. This is the closest Asian food in AZ that's taste like NY Chinese. It's absolutely delicious. I drive 15 minutes out of my way and pass a lot of Chinese restaurants to eat here because it reminds me of home. The staff is always friendly.

My partner and I enjoyed the large order egg drop soup and teriyaki chicken platter with two waters. Very reasonable prices for a couple. Portion sizes just right. The food is delicious, although nothing spectacular. I mean what can one really expect from soup. The chili oil did add to it although I was hoping for a bit more oil than chili flakes. The food wasn't super hot temperature wise, which in a way was nice not burning our mouths. The interior wasn't exactly a 5 star restaurant but was clean ish. The staff seemed friendly and engaging. One also has to remember other cultures have varied ways of communication and interaction and to be respectful. Overall, I give it 4 stars.

I have eaten here quite a few times over the last several months, and I always find the food to be pretty good. However, the last few times I visited, I have experienced the staff members being quite rude to me or other customers. They have argued with me and others when asked simple questions. I am not one to require food staff to go above and beyond for me, I only expect them to do the bare minimum. Although the food may be good for the price, it's not worth experiencing or witnessing unnecessary confrontations.

I usually order, boneless spare ribs combo. The boneless spare ribs are usually tender & good. Today they were tough & alot of fat. Very hard to eat. I don't know about coming back here. I had a couple dishes like this before. I'm tired on wasting my money, on this kind of food, anymore. Their service sucked today.
