Previously Hue Gourmet. Most dishes are still the same but price had gone up quite a bit.

Banh cuon w/ cha (rice sheet wrap with ground meat) - looks good but taste ok. Not enough basils and the sauce is bland.

Bun Mam (fermented fish noodle soup) excellent. Highly recommended

Bun thit nuong- vermicelli with bbq pork. Very good. The pork has good lemongrass flavor and very juicy and tender. Very good and highly recommended.

Not often do you love every dish you get at a new place... but here? Everything, including the passion fruit juice, was so good. We'll absolutely be back to try other dishes. Can't wait!

Bahn Xeo - 5 Stars! Spot On Perfection! Turmeric infused crepe flour fried in coconut oil with the proper ingredients of shrimp, pork belly and bean sprouts.

Bahn Xeo is like candy for food lovers!

Paired with a plate of lettuce leaves and sweet Thai Basil because you want to eat Bahn Xeo like it's a wrap, a lettuce wrap. You place of piece of Bahn Xeo, along with a little bit of pickled carrots and radish and a leaf of Thai Basil inside a lettuce leaf and wrap it like an egg roll. Dip the wrap in the sweetened fish sauce and eat.

NOTE: 9 out of 10 Restaurants will NOT make Bahn Xeo. This restaurant is the same. I just so happened to show up at a time when 2 Aunties were visiting and the good nephew who owns the restaurant was making them Bahn Xeo. The Aunties pulled some strings for me. Thank you Aunties Lin and Yu! :)

Besides bún bò Huế, they have really good bún măng vịt and bánh khọt. They even have sugarcane drink and Vietnamese coffee and other Vietnamese food and drinks.

$30 for 2, without beverages. The table behind us ordered after us and got their food, then 30 min later, I got mine, My husband waited another 20 minutes on his. He was getting ready to go get his order refunded when it finally arrived at our table. The place is not clean. SLOW SERVICE. The shrimp fried rice had only 6 shrimp. The server spilled soy sauce all over the table when he brought it. FLIES ARE FLYING EVERYWHERE AND LANDING ON OUR FOOD.

The bun rieu so good. The chili is the boom, very very crazy hot, that's what makes it so delicious. LoL.

Very poor customer service and bad attitude. Given the fact that it's in a food court, staff doesn't take pride in making and serving their food. I gave them a second chance when craving for bun bo hue; however, it's definitely not worth it.

Our first time trying out this place while in town. We ordered the Combo dish and Bun Bo Hue which were good. We would highly recommend this place if you crave for food from the middle region of Vietnam.

As we were waiting for the Happy Bao restaurant we wandered around the mall that the Hue Gourmet was in. We noticed a few people order from the restaurant but still decided to try the bao restaurant. It was so disappointing that we immediately went to the Hue restaurant to redeem our dinner experience and were very impressed. We opted for the classic Bun Bo Hue and our food came out quickly. The soup was surprisingly delicious filled with good sized chunks of meat and lots of vegetables to put in the soup. The lady working there even made some tea for us! I was kicking myself for not going the Hue Gourmet first instead of the Bao restaurant. Would highly recommend this place over the Boa place!

It took more than 1/2 hour for a to-go order of chicken pho and crab noodle soup. Everyone ordered to-go and dine-in had their food, except us. I had checked with the old cashier/owner guy 3 times and he kept saying that the kitchen was prepping the food until I got fed up ans asked him what's going on... He went to the kitchen and picked up a package of food that I saw seating there by the kitchen door behind him for at least 20 minutes!!?? The moron had some nerves telling me that it was someone else's order I saw, but he picked it up and gave it to me @%# If you don't know how to run a food court stall, have some decency to admit an oversight and utter an apology, your business will go belly up sooner or later.
