Me and My Grandmother came in to order two medium pizzas, after calling in repeatedly only to be left on hold for almost an hour. Eventually we tried the website, which wasnt working for some reason. When we went to the actual location, took 20 extra minutes to get our food, and I eventually got a headache because the phones were ringing the whole time we were in there. Do not call them if you actually want to eat quickly.

It took a little longer than told when I ordered. The employee gave me a 15 min wait time but it was actually 30 min. It was Friday and busy, so I understood that and there were only 2 workers. They had a great attitude tho

Couldn't figure out how to apply an extra topping, didn't apply coupon, charged tax when I used a tax exempt payment, just walked away from the counter when she doesn't know what she is doing. I understand learning new things when you're new, but I know that exact system and it's not rocket science. Adding a topping and applying a coupon should be standard knowledge. Pizza was delicious.

This pizza place is a must try, especially for their incredible flavored crust! Don't forget to download their app to rack up points and unlock fantastic discounts. My go to is 'The Works' on a well done thin crust, elevated with extra pineapple, jalapenos and that delicious Italian herb and butter cheese crust. Their hot wings and subs are also solid choices, making it a well-rounded menu.

Ordered one pizza and some cheesy bread last night. I asked for the pizza to be well done but both items came basically uncooked. The cheese hadn't melted and the bread was still dough for both items. I wanted to try it again but I remember now why I stopped wasting my money.
EDIT: I called the number they've left in the reply and was told that the manager/owner should have reached out to me since these are individually owned. So, not only did I received uncooked pizza, they tried to shirk responsibility onto corporate. 😂
Haven't tried this crap in 10 years. I know why now. Cheese wasn't even melted in the cheese bread and pizza we got. I might as well have gotten a frozen pizza and cooked it half way. Would've saved 75%. Please shut down hungry Howie's. You guys suck.
