We had a terrible experience. Ordered through Their website and scheduled a delivery for 6pm. Apparently they use door dash for delivery, the dasher text me at 5:55 that he was there but my order wasn't ready yet. At 640 the dasher contacted me again to say hungry howies lost my order and that the workers walked out on the manager. I tried to call the store but no one answered. A little after 7 I drove to the store, the manager said they were having employee issues and that she couldn't find my order but would make it. I showed her my confirmation email and requested a refund. She told me she couldn't give me a refund since she doesnt have my order & she would call me the next day. The next day I called the store again, the District manager answered. She found my order, apologized and offered to either make my order or refund me my kids still wanted to try it so we picked up our food at 6pm that night. We had to request a refund for the $5 delivery fee and $10 tip that was already paid. Honestly, feel that they should have done more for the hassle and inconvenience, even comping one of our crazy breads would have gone a long way. I never even received a call back from the store manager.

I found my new favorite spot, so I got this flyer and a sweet note saying come visit us on guadalupe rd so I went on my lunch break, they had good prices but best of all the sweetest friendliest staff, the manager Ellen who said was the new manager at that location, recommend I try the flavored crust since it was my first time and if you've tried Garlic herb flavor you would understand what I mean, that pizza was fire!! What an amazing experience.And then I saw the cutest little bell, it said ring for a smile, it made my day. hat's what people need when they are on breaks, happy cheerful staff who was giving me updates on my order and the most amazing flavored crust pizza I've ever had, I'm bringing my two little girls here to try it out, I can't believe I didn't even know it existed, This will be my go to place, The manager even told me if I wanted to order large quantities I would receive a deeper discount for large orders, And they have catering, can't wait to try the next flavor!!

I’ve always enjoyed hungry howies. I did not enjoy this one. I don’t know how you manage to mess up a pizza so bad that everyone got sick from it, but ya did! I’ll never come back to this place. Step it up!

Order was wrong - Howie bread came with ham instead of bacon. Pizza was wrong too. Manager called and offered a credit - called to use it and another manager couldn’t verify so wouldn’t honor it.

Received the wrong size, there was also a lot of sauce on the pizza. Literally one slice was all sauce besides a little on the tip. Service also could've been more friendly. Will more than likely go to a different location in the future. Their pizza is good, just get it at the right one :)
This used to be my go to pizza spot, but now it is just horrible. I am lucky to get a pizza that isn't raw dough let alone get my original order. That is if I get my pizza at all; since this location has consistently been delivering to the wrong address since sharing their delivery with doordash instead of having actual drivers. Which would be fine if the doordashers got the right address. I hope that one day this location will be trustworthy again, but I've given them 5 extra chances and they have just proven to be worse and worse each time. Don't order from here unless you plan to add the ingredients and cook the pizza yourself.

For some reason, every time we get anything involving a crust, be it a pizza or breadsticks, there is always still a fairly thick layer of dough under the cheese that hasn't been cooked. I don't know why. It would be really good if we weren't pulling out half the contents of each slice because its gloopy and raw. We have tried multiple times with multiple orders to see if we can get a cooked pizza, but it hasn't happened yet.
