Very poor service, call in at 4:00pm for a 6:30pm delivery for my son’s party.

6:45 the app says delivered, nothing at the door so I called in, lady say sorry we are busy. I asked for a manager, she hung up on me.
Called back spoke with Jody one on the managers, basically same thing sorry we are busy. Claimed to process the refund.. will update if it actually happens...

ordered pizza online from the Val vista location at 6pm tonight. "tracker" said it was on the way at 7pm. I called the store at 725 to find out where my order was. we live less then a half mile from the store. it shouldn't take 30 minutes to deliver to us. Not only was our pizza lukewarm but my pizza didn't have the crust flavor like it was supposed to.
We won't be ordering from them again.
