I placed an order with Hungry Howie’s Pizza and unfortunately, I never received my delivery. What makes this even more frustrating is that I left a tip for the driver in advance, trusting that the order would be fulfilled as expected.
Despite waiting well past the estimated delivery time, no one arrived, and I received no communication or update. I’d like to request a full refund, including the tip, or have my order re-delivered ASAP.
Please address this as soon as possible. Thank you.

4 stars only because the dinning room had no place to throw your pizza box for dine. The people working right now were super nice,respectfull, and kind. The food was delicious.

This location is constantly under new management and service?How long with sanitary issues is why I do not eat here. The only reason I went in was for my roommates to pick up a pizza and there was nobody there. Myself and 3 other customers stood in the lobby. No one was making pizzas. No one was in the back and one gentlemen, even yelled to see if there was somebody, maybe in the office of the bathroom, as always.This place is horrible.
The only reason my family decided to order pizza from this place was because we had a coupon for a large 1-topping pizza for $6.99. Still a worse deal than the tried and true Domino’s.
Anyway, the pickup experience was fine; it’s just the actual pizza quality is not adequate for what you (normally) pay. We ordered two pizzas - one with pepperoni and one with half mushroom. There amount of pepperoni was okay; a lot of other pizza places load up on the peps, but not here. However, the amount of mushroom on the other pizza was abysmal. Not only were they teeny tiny, but there were maybe eight little pieces in total. Sad.
Also, the cutting job was terrible; it was really giving Chuck E. Cheese slices because one slice was super skinny but the one next to it would be two large slices in one; also had to use our own pizza cutter to cut through other slices.
We ordered garlic and herb seasoning on the crust and it just wasn’t as tasty as Domino’s REGULAR crust. No one can b eat Domino’s seasoning.
The only “good” thing about this meal, in my opinion, was the cheesy bread. It had a lot of parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and it was super flavorful overall.
This experience reaffirmed our Domino’s preference lol.
