This place is just filled with complet e rudeness. There is no customer service here. You're approached in an aggressive manner every single time. If you have any questions or inquire about how long it might be, they don't tell you they seem annoyed by you even being in the store. They constantly brush you off and ignore you. Now I believe they're probably understaffed. I've been in there many times where there was only one employee. But let's be honest I can't say this about every location, but this location I would suggest you avoid at all cost unless you like the abuse.

Absolutely horrible, I ordered a pizza almost 3 hours ago, and was never delivered. Went through the slice app and they marked as delivered. Will never order here again, absolutely disgusted with how this was handled called the app customer reps 6 times told me it was on the way every time and to wait 5 minutes or call back.

I just ordered my pizza & it is so delicious I had to post while eating it. I have tried many other places but I absolutely love hungry howies, especially this location. The guys in there are awesome & the pizza is so flipping good. Butter garlic crust is the best.

The food taste good when there isn’t any plastic in it. Yes plastic. My wife got a salad and was almost at the bottom when she noticed something unusual about the texture.Turns out it was plastic. When I called to tell them they did not answer. If you’re going for cheap and fast food. This is the place to go that’s about it.

If zero stars was an option that'd be my choice. We have ordered a few times in the last year for our kids birthdays, and also for a different party. All the previous times the delivery arrived 30-60 mins late. NOT ideal when you are hosting a party and the food doesn't come as planned. Today was definitely the last time we will even try to order from here. We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery at noon, it is 5pm and no pizza. Status online has shown "making" since 11:30. I called & without anyone answering was on hold for 45 mins before I gave up, because mind you this is in the middle of my kids birthday party. I ended up having to leave my kids birthday party to go get food, as the party was almost over and still no food. So, during my kids birthday I had to waste time trying to get food by sitting on the phone and then having to leave to get food. BEYOND disappointing. Then, after the party was over I called and pressed a different option in hopes of getting ANYONE to answer and it was the call center. I said I needed to cancel, they said call this same # back and press 5 to get a manager. I did, and ANOTHER 45 mins wasted before I hung up. I had hoped our previous unpleasant experiences were a fluke, but they were not as this is apparently how they run their business. We now know better. Never again.

We called in a pizza order 3:30 on a Friday night. I went to get it and NO ONE was at the front counter for 15 minutes. I could hear someone in the back, so I yelled "I'm here for my pizza!" about 5 times and still no one came. Finally I called while standing right beside the phone; it rang and rang and rang....at last a guy answers and I make a connection! Customer service matters, especially when there are so many choices for pizza. Our pizza was undercooked and there were not "extra" toppings which we paid for and a 5 percent tip... So, so disappointing! Back to Pizza Hut for me. ZERO STARS

I did an online order at 9pm, waited on hold for an hour and now it's currently midnight still with no pizza. currently 2 days later and I have not recieved my pizza nor a refund; do not order from here. Not only that they double charged me. Terrible and disrepectuful beyond belief.

Decent pizza at a decent price. They're very fast. They loaded my pizza up. I asked for lightly cooked and it was a little too lightly cooked. My fault, I guess they assume that I'm going to take it home and put it in the oven to finish cooking it. Actually, I just don't like the bottom of my pizza to be black and or crispy, the way some places cook it. I gave four stars on the food because it's not my favorite pizza. But it is pretty good. I go there often

Ordered 2 medium pizza for delivery tonight at 4:30pm. Waited until 6pm…tried calling to see where it was…checked my bank account and found that I was charged twice for the order. Drove to the location…they blamed it on the all center. Lost our order. We didn’t want to reorder. Claimed they couldn’t refund my credit card, but said they would call me tonight after the MANAGER had to check with his SUPERVISOR. Still waiting for the call. This is kind of like fraud! Especially the double charge and no refund. Never order from here again. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Terrible customer service.

It's been something like 5 years since the Hungry Howie's in our neighborhood closed and was replaced with an Asian take-out joint where the manager flat-out refuses to instruct the cook to start making delicious flavored-crust pizzas with super-tasty toppings no matter how many times I threate.... ummm, no.... I mean, no matter how many times I CALMLY SUGGEST the idea. And then as soon as the screami.... errrrr..... meant to say as soon as the "playful banter" is over (and it happens EVERY time) everyone in the entire place simultaneously turns toward me and glares at me the same way I look at my dog when I discover she has pooped in my favorite shoes again for the 11th time...... this week.Wow! I really got off the subject this time, huh?? Yeah, so we missed our Hungry Howie's for far too long until we happened to be driving up Val Vista and decided to grab some pizza to bring home to share with our hostag..... Sheesh! I mean HOUSEGUESTS. Of course that's what I meant. We ordered a veggie-only pie with garlic crust, one with pepperoni and cheese-stuffed garlic crust, and some stuffed bread sticks. I gotta tell ya- it was even BETTER than what I remembered. Deeeeelishus! And the associate that rang me up was polite, cheery, and very helpful. He even handed me some more paper plates to replace the original ones that I had clumsily dropped and then scattered all over the store. So thanks to all the Hungry Howie's employees that are involved in making the yummy pizza that is gonna keep us coming back for more!!
