Ordered a 2x cajun crust well done cooked pizza, it is soggy and missing the correct seasoning. This has happened repeatedly, do not recommend unless you like paying double for what is essentially Little Ceasars.

Genuinely concerned how bad the customer service is. We live in a digital world and everything is recorded on a camera these days. Don’t lie to me and say you tried something you didn’t.
Ordered two pizzas and some cinnamon sticks, apparently according to the delivery woman she “knocked 5 times on the door” I have 3 giant dogs who bark at everyone at the door who also sit watching the door, this is important information, I left my main door open and pulled my screen door down so I could hear if anyone was at the door. Never heard a single knock nor did any of my dogs bark. The delivery lady never made her lazy butt to my house. Rest assured this was an actual hungry Howies employee because when I called the store the lady who “attempted” to deliver my pizzas picked up the phone. All in all, my door was open literally just a screen between coming inside my house and apparently I missed this lady “knocking 5 times” well camera footage never shows her even at my house in the first place. When I called and asked where my pizzas were she said she knocked and no one answered so she left back to the store. When I asked why she didn’t call she said she called the phone number for it, she repeated back the wrong phone number… then before I can say anything she says “that’s okay sir, I’m going to refund the order and you can order again”
I get people don’t like their jobs every day but don’t be garbage to others for no reason man. I’m severely disappointed in yall and truly considered that behavior to be completely unacceptable.

Hannah was amazing! She not only helped me understand all the options easily, she was also thoughtful and considerate in helping me feed a number of people I am not used to feeding! She is awesome. And the food is perfect! Great job. Give them a raise!

Well, what can I say, this place has me going back all the time! Great pizza, great subs and salads and quick, friendly service. There's even a convienient drive thru for pick up! They even catered for my sons 1st birthday. Turns out, we'll be there again!

ordered from this place frquently for atleast 6 months or so. never had an issue. tonight we order food shows up without drinks or salads. called down and spoke to a person stating no manager on duty. only refund for drinks and salad. nothing for the inconvience or sauces. requested the tip n delivery fee. nope. put me on hold to wait me out. then loed to me stating manager would call me back tomorrow. so instead of makin it right they choose to throw away a repeat customer. im shocked at the 1 star reviews on this place. never again will i order from this place. wish google would come out the no stars.

I Went to pick up a drive thru order and the drive thru worker was very rude slamming the window at me after I rung the bell, then opens the window a couple minutes later and just stared at me? I proceeded to give my name and she hands me my order with attitude and slams the window again. Worst customer service experience!
