I ordered a pizza through door dash. The pizza was burnt. I called door dash they only refunded 7.00. The pizza was 17.00. I called Hungry Howie's, I was told I had to go through door dash to get a refund. They cared less about sending out a burnt pizza. Not good customer service. I will not order from them nor door dash again. Obviously, customer service is not one of their concerns.

This location is the worst. Online it shows ready and when you go in they say another 5 mins. Then it takes another 15-20 mins. When you order online it shows 20 mins. I waited over an hour and half TWICE. The customer service was absolutely terrible, i was told i shouldn’t even order because they were to backed up. Absolutely ridiculous for two large pizzas. never going back.

This was my first time at Hungry Howie's as my friend recommended that I try it out. The manager Christine said I should get the waffles and chcken pizza. She was awesome and everyone was friendly. I got that and a large stuffed crust BBQ chicken. The flavoring dor crust is FREE. They even have a drive thru pick up. Can't wait to try other flavors!

I have been numerous hungry Howies as a DoorDash driver, and I can honestly say that the employees at this one are the worst I’ve seen from really any restaurant. The lady at the register was nothing but rude and.unprofessional, snapping at me and telling me I needed to wait while she stood there and did literally nothing.
Food was good. The drive through window is a nice touch. Staff were very nice and helpful.
