Very confused about what time this store actually closes, according to the google listing it is 12am, but at 9:32pm, on an order put in at 9:19pm, they told me they were refunding and not making my pizza despite the order going through correctly. Do the times change at will? Because this is not the first time this has happened, anytime after 8/9 pm is a toss up if they will be open still despite the earliest closing time listed being 10 pm.

Hair tie found in food and this gentleman would not refund refused to give their name and quickly threw away the pizza with the hair tie. Said they couldn't refund because the person making the pizza had a red hair tie not a clear one....

The food is consistently good. I go here often for their deep-dish pizza. The manager was very nice and helpful.

Absolute terrible service this lady was so rude on the phone. I tried asking her what time my pizza would be delivered because mind you she said 30 minutes and it’s been 1 hour and she hung up on me and never told me. She needs to be fired absolutely rude

Customer service is really bad. Don't say anything negative about how they made the pizza. They just get really rude. I love me some hungry Howie's but after today's experience I will not be back at that location for a while, not with that woman working there. I pray that management would find out. I went in on a Saturday night at 5:30 p.m. May 10th.

I ordered a pizza through door dash. The pizza was burnt. I called door dash they only refunded 7.00. The pizza was 17.00. I called Hungry Howie's, I was told I had to go through door dash to get a refund. They cared less about sending out a burnt pizza. Not good customer service. I will not order from them nor door dash again. Obviously, customer service is not one of their concerns.

The manager up there, hungry Howie. She is rude and disrespectful. I don't know how she got a job at this place. Because I would have fired her in a split second. She worked for my company. She'd be on the unemployment line

This location is the worst. Online it shows ready and when you go in they say another 5 mins. Then it takes another 15-20 mins. When you order online it shows 20 mins. I waited over an hour and half TWICE. The customer service was absolutely terrible, i was told i shouldn’t even order because they were to backed up. Absolutely ridiculous for two large pizzas. never going back.

This was my first time at Hungry Howie's as my friend recommended that I try it out. The manager Christine said I should get the waffles and chcken pizza. She was awesome and everyone was friendly. I got that and a large stuffed crust BBQ chicken. The flavoring dor crust is FREE. They even have a drive thru pick up. Can't wait to try other flavors!
