Avoid this Hungry Howies at all costs. I just called because their coupon didn't work online and I wanted help for it. First off, they outsource their answering machines to a call center in India and it was near impossible to communicate with anybody. I finally was able to find the actual direct line to the store online and I asked for a manager but got some kid on the phone who didn't want to help & gave me no customer service and just straight hung up on me!!! I've never experienced that before! Wow! Totally shocked by this experience. I didn't even call in with attitude at all, I just wanted help with an online code that wasn't working at checkout and they could care less and hung up on me. Please avoid this Hungry Howies like a plague. Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a pizza company. Customers beware, stay away from this place they have ZERO customer service.

The food was pretty good and the service wasn't anything to write home about. The real shocker was the prices. I paid $14. For a pizza with nothing on it and then had to pay $2.03 to get pepperoni and then $2.03 to get pineapple so my $14 pizza is now costing me $18.06. The boneless wings were whatever at $10.99. The cheese bread was $8.99. So I'm am at $38.04 pre tax for 3 items and the pizza just has pep and pine a 2 topping LG. Ended up being $40.24.

Make sure that I am getting what I need and I would recommend this place to everyone. We are new to Arizona and so far this has been the best pizza place here. I recently moved to the area & order from this specific Hungry Howies often- they never mess up my order like the last one in downtown Phoenix. Tristan, I believe, is a huge asset to the company. He seems like he is always working when I go there! Last time I went I couldn’t help but write a review (& I don’t write reviews often). He goes, “Here you are darlin” in a southern roots kinda way. Humble & awesome customer service that deserves recognition along with a raise.

The staff always goes above and beyond to help. But I hate that they deliver with DoorDash or one of its competitors - I am a mile away from the restaurant and my food is always cold when delivered. If I pick it up, it's still piping hot when I get it home.

I always order here. Never usually any problems except when Cindy works I’m sure I dealt with this lady one other time as well over ranch, anyways I always spend a good 60-75$ there each time, today I got 16 wings and all I wanted was 1 ranch of course she charges me I usually would have went on my way but I just make the comment I never have a issue with ranch and of course she gets cocky and says we’ll I’m the district manager my names Cindy like she’s better than everyone else and she makes the rules or something and the way she said it was nasty and rude. So I figured since she wanted to take it upon her self to be rude I would follow up with a review for Cindy…I usually never have an issue and honestly it’s a bummer had to give this location a bad review because of Cindy, everyone else that works there is really beyond awesome all the way around! Sorry you guys for one bad apple in the bunch ruining it for others!
