I am very disappointed with this store. I tried ordering through the website and kept having issues. Each time I hit place order it gave me a error message but was taking the money out of my account. I know have 120.00 in a pending state that when I addressed the store was told a manage would call but they never did.

Me and my family always go to this location and have never had any problems. We love the sub sandwich’s here, Guadalupe (Lupita) makes them the best! They are always served hot, fresh, filled with lots of ingredients & all the sides/condiments. I highly recommend this location.

I kept seeing this place every time I went to the grocery store and I'm glad I stopped in tonight the nieces were way more happy tonight when I got home and opened the pizza box I was like a lot of pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza way more than some of your competitors in the neighborhood I definitely would be back
I waited over 90 minutes for my food, when I called the store, the girl that answered the phone was rude, impatient, and a flat out liar. When I asked her name so I could talk to her manager, she hung up on me. I asked for a refund, her exact words were, you will get it when I'm ready. I will NEVER order from this store, and if I find out this girl is not fired for her lack of customer service skills, I will take the recording of our conversation to the company and then my lawyer. And I never got my food

I ordered a pizza for delivery and it never came. I went into the store and the girl behind the register treated me like I was lying. I showed her the email with my order and then she asked me why I didn’t call, I showed her my phone call log and then she called her manager. They said they didn’t have a record of my order but this time they will let me order another one and won’t charge me. What is that? How about refund my money, and give me a free pizza. Door dash handles their deliveries-someone got a free pizza, but it wasn’t me. What a joke.

Made my order almost two hours ago and it never came. They don’t answer their phones I guess they just close early and go home while they still have orders. My kids went to bed hungry and they scammed me about $50

God forbid you’re craving HH’s because calling them is nearly impossible, you get routed to a call center over seas and more than half time they can’t even get the location right. This issue has been going on for years!! I decided to give them a try again and spent 5 minutes waiting on the phone. This franchise is trying to deliver great service but obviously this company has gotten so greedy they don’t even allow their locations to answer the phone….
