I kept seeing this place every time I went to the grocery store and I'm glad I stopped in tonight the nieces were way more happy tonight when I got home and opened the pizza box I was like a lot of pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza way more than some of your competitors in the neighborhood I definitely would be back

I waited over 90 minutes for my food, when I called the store, the girl that answered the phone was rude, impatient, and a flat out liar. When I asked her name so I could talk to her manager, she hung up on me. I asked for a refund, her exact words were, you will get it when I'm ready. I will NEVER order from this store, and if I find out this girl is not fired for her lack of customer service skills, I will take the recording of our conversation to the company and then my lawyer. And I never got my food

I ordered a pizza for delivery and it never came. I went into the store and the girl behind the register treated me like I was lying. I showed her the email with my order and then she asked me why I didn’t call, I showed her my phone call log and then she called her manager. They said they didn’t have a record of my order but this time they will let me order another one and won’t charge me. What is that? How about refund my money, and give me a free pizza. Door dash handles their deliveries-someone got a free pizza, but it wasn’t me. What a joke.

Made my order almost two hours ago and it never came. They don’t answer their phones I guess they just close early and go home while they still have orders. My kids went to bed hungry and they scammed me about $50

God forbid you’re craving HH’s because calling them is nearly impossible, you get routed to a call center over seas and more than half time they can’t even get the location right. This issue has been going on for years!! I decided to give them a try again and spent 5 minutes waiting on the phone. This franchise is trying to deliver great service but obviously this company has gotten so greedy they don’t even allow their locations to answer the phone….

Never had an issue with this location. We order often because it’s so close and the other pizza places in the area aren’t as good. Always friendly and the food is always ready when we arrive. Today our pizza taste fantastic! I’m not surprised ! Thank you🙂
the pizza and the delivery guy was awesome john give him a raise here in within 10 mins pizza warm and ready this place is my new favorite pizza restaurant thank you guys awesome service!

Placed on mine order for pick up, when I arrived the gentlemen at the counter was not all there look to be tweaking or on some kind of drugs, my bread was over cooked and had no icing at all. When I called back and complained was told I would have credit on my account. Tonight I called to redeem this credit and manager hung up on my very rude. When I call back second time I get an employee who tells me he can not help me at all to have a good night when I asked why he stated his manager clocked out and told him not to help me. This is very poor service. No need to be rude to a reg paying customer who was treated like crap to begin with.

I go on door dash to order from this company the 8.80 medium pizza doubled in price when I clicked on it no extras nothing special. False advertising all the way. Ty I don't use u or door dash not sure why is lying about the price and doubling it for 1 medium 2 topping pizza lol what a joke!
