Black guy with bleached ended dreads is absolutely a disappointment. I've been here for 20 minutes and he has his air pod in and is speaking to someone. He ignored me completely and resumed in the back. He looks to be the only one in the store. This place needs new employees, ones that actually care.

Ordered the cinnamon Howie bread and they forgot the icing. I called them spent 20 min on hold and finally talked to someone and they wouldn’t fix their mistake. I wanted them to send someone with the icing or refund my money. Worst customer service. All they said was call and talk to the manager in the morning.

I called tonight at 9:20 to place an order for pick up and the guy on the phone said sorry we aren't taking anymore pickup orders and I asked why not and then he said cause they turn the ovens off at 9:30 I said ok well it says u don't close till 10 and it's 9:20, he cuts me off and then says sorry have a great night and hangs up the phone. Horrible to have people working for ur business that don't really want to work! Horrible customer service and won't be order from here ever again!!

This first time I came to this location it was great but it went completely downhill after that first experience.The cook in the back has an attitude problem. I came in an hour before they closed and he was upset with me for ordering 2 pizzas because they were closing in an hour????Today I showed up at 11:15 to return the terrible cinnabread they made the other day and the doors are still locked???Who ever runs this store is going to be looking for a job soon because this is unacceptable. If the business opens at 11:00 am why am I still sitting outside at 11:20 ???Do NOT come here
