Placed an order with someone (on the phone) that told me the order would be ready in fifteen minutes. Got to the store twenty minutes later, and an employee tells me there are no orders pending. Verified I called the location I was at in my car, then called again. I was informed that now that I was at the store, they could take and make my order. They also told me that whenever you place an order, it's to a random call center in another part of the world, and that you have to "place the order again" when you get there. What? What in the world is going on with Hungry Howie's in 2024? I'll be sticking to Barro's from now on.

Fix your ordering system. I just read other reviews that had the exact same experience. I ordered over the phone and was connected to someone that wasn’t even at the store. They told me my order was placed and to pickup my pizza in 15 minutes. Went to pick up the pizza and they said they didn’t receive my order. Outrageous. Also the young lady was very rude and when I smiled and said hello she gave me a smug face and didn’t even say hello back. They didn’t seem to care at all that they didn’t receive my order. Zippo outta 5 starts for this joint. Do not come here! Fix the issues with ordering over the phone!

I can't speak on the food I didn't get any for myself but as a dasher I went in and the girl actively ignored me for 10 minutes after asking her for the order that was ready. I was 10 minutes past pick up time. Then she had an attitude 🙄

DoorDash sucks. Can we go back to real delivery drivers that work for one company only?

Was recommended by a friend. Being my first time I was a little skeptical. Me and my family ordered backyard burger pizza, and some Howie bread. A wonderful lady named Dee helped us. It was by far, the best place I've had in Arizona. The food and how polite and patient the help is. Plus Dee was extremely helpful. FOLKS.....if you never have had their Howie bread? You CAN NOT go wrong. I can make a meal just out of their bread.... soooooooo good. I will be back no doubt..... BTW the manager need to give Dee a "thank you", and a raise. Looks like nobody gets the food when they call in their order. Just happened to me. Called in my order. And went to pick it up. They never even received my order. Good thing I didn't pay over the phone and give this place my payment info.

I went to store to pickup and my order and it wasn't placed. I had to reorder and wait..The one person in store was incredibly nice but I will never go back.
