Ordered food for my family via delivery. I guess my order was delivered to someone else and due to this it was decided to cancel my order vs. Contacting me to notify me or provide me the option of a remake.Worst service I've received.Update 5/8 they still charged my card for products not provided!

Had the most amazing experience here today. I’m a religious man who feels terrible about anyone having to work on the holy day but the he manager at this location went above and beyond explaining the savings I could get on everything and in the end I paid nearly double gladly than what I was expecting originally. I don’t know her name but the manager working at 1:35pm az time on 4/21/24 needs a raise. As long as she is here I will be back?

Walk in at 9:20. Nobody working. One girl sitting at iPad for like 5 minutes before even coming to register. Give her name for order. She walks away. Comes back with pizza for different customer. Doesn’t say a word to me. I stay at register for a minute waiting for her to give me an update about my order, she goes to start making an order. 10 minutes later I ask if my order is ready, yelling across the entire store because she still has not said another word to me. She says she just started it. Waited 15 minutes for her to start an order that was placed 30 minutes before that and basically ignored every customer in the lobby. How this girl has a job is ridiculous. Terrible customer service and terrible work ethic. What a period excuse for an employee

DO NOT order delivery from this place! After 2 hours of waiting and calling their phone support service they canceled my order. The first time calling the service after it showed "delivered" they lied to me and said to give them more time and of course now they are closed and no dinner for our fam.You know if they would have just communicated earlier we could have found a solution. Not after everywhere decent is closed.

This is the second time I ordered from this location the first time being a few months ago and both times the pizza was undercooked. First time we had it remade twice and it was still undercooked and we gave up. Second time they already remade the pizza before we could pick it up and had to wait after they said it was ready just for it to be undercooked and we asked for the well done also.

Last night I ordered online at 9:50 pm and was charged. I waited for over an hour and no pizzas. So I called and was on hold for 30 mins. No one picked up. I decided to drive to the restaurant and it’s closed when it wasn’t suppose to be. I tracked my order and it said it read “making”. Here's the KICKER......they charged me twice! I'm currently on hold now for 30 minutes this morning trying to get my now two charges reversed.
General manager does not know how to run the store he is a mess and as I walk in I see a bottle of vodka and he is black out drunk on the kitchen floor. I like your food, but do better Hungry Howies!

Horribly managed, I saw the general manager black out drunk laying on the kitchen floor asleep as the employees were trying to get him out of the store. GM does not deserve a job and any respectable establishment would hire a more trust worthy manager.

Order ahead on weekends. Went in after watching the latest TMNT movie with my son, thinking we could get a pizza in a reasonable time, and one of two staff (that I could see) told me it would be 60-90 minutes.....dang it. They need more space.

Last minute change of plans needed to feed a large crew. Made an online order, order was ready and food was done well. Store was clean and staff attentive. The stuffed crust pizza was a huge hit. ?
