We waited 25 minutes for our food people that came after us were eating and leaving we were going to get up and leave but food finally came out and wow we were sorry we didn’t leave food was cold eggs were supposed to be over easy and they came hard and dry sausage was raw almost Totally disgusting meal I gave 2 stars to be nice water and ok were good

The server was very nice and we had good conversation the food was mediocre and some tidying up good have been done that's my biggest complaint. But I guess what the food lacked the customer service picked up on.

Disclaimer: I was given 10% off my bill for this review Absolutely fantastic experience! I stopped by IHOP and was blown away by the service and food. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and my order came out quickly and perfectly cooked. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious — exactly what you expect from IHOP, but somehow even better. The restaurant was clean, the coffee was hot and fresh, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Whether you’re craving breakfast at midnight or just want a comforting meal, this IHOP never disappoints. Highly recommend!
