I tried treating my daughter to a Sunday breakfast. I had to get my own utensils but they ran out of spoons, I had to get my own coffee creamer, they ran out of orange juice, there were food chunks in my water glass, and after waiting 55 minutes I was told that they lost our order. We left.

S L O W service. seated immediately, 15 minutes for first waitress contact. 12 minutes to get 4 glasses of water, 20 minutes to take breakfast order, 40 minutes for french toast, egg benedict and 2 omelettes to arrive upon which we asked for our bill. Bill finally came. Total time just under 2 hours. Barely 1/3 full upon arrival.

Overall not what I'd expect from an ihop. Worst part was the my burger only had about half the patty, and one side was undercooked and the other was overcooked somehow
We walked in and walked right out as soon as I seen all of the negative reviews the place was a ghost town when we pulled into the parking lot I said there’s a reason it’s not busy sure enough there was complaint after complaint about this place.

We stopped here before heading back home cuz you can never go wrong with Ihop right well this was about the worst restaurant I have ever been too to the point the food was not edible.We waited over an hour for our food and that was on top of a 15 minute wait for our server. The tables were so wobbly we had to fix them ourselves and push them against the wall to try and stabilize them.We asked about our food 4 times and it still took forever and once it got to us the food was cold and tasted so bad it was not edible for most of it and the pancakes were still raw in the middle and hash browns tasted like rubber the poached egg was a hard boiled egg the bacon was limp fruit looked like it was days old and the waffles were cold and under cooked as well.The manager came by once and never again it was so bad our meal was comped but that didn't matter because out of 6 of us only 1 had something that was somewhat ok to eat. The rest of us left without eating anything.Let's say I might not go back to Ihope ever again anywhere cuz this was so bad.

I feel bad for the servers having to do 4 jobs at once. There's no way they can do everything and still give good service. This place used to be good but even the food took a good hour and a half and the restaurant wasn't even half full.
