Ike's Love & Sandwiches

Best sandwich ever! I had the Ike's Reuben. Highly recommend.

I love this place, but my only gripe is that I cannot order the site specific sandwich (I dream of Jeanne) on the app. No big deal as I can call, but I’m unable to reap the points. Other than that, sandwiches and service are top notch! Love the atmosphere inside as well; a GREAT sandwich spot.

Good sandwiches. Nice friendly service. Not a lot of atmosphere. But ok for a quick bite. You can order ahead or when you arrive. No usual wait.

This location has a mobile order drive through window, which is great. They have so many options including vegan and vegetarian. The staff was friendly but the service was slow. They over charged me two dollars because they pressed the wrong button on the register. The food was okay, it was too wet but the bread held up good. Good bread and drink options. The location looked clean but the bathrooms were not clean, or stocked well. The soda machine was dirty too, it was full of pink slime. The prices were pretty high for sandwiches. For two people with two regular sandwiches, one drink and one chip it was $38. Pretty high price range. 8/10 will come again.

The food was great. The staff was on task. I got overwhelmed by the amount of choices of sandwiches. Way too many choices. Delicious though.

Always so impressed with Ike’s and the staff at this location. Service is always top-tier and the sandwiches are always so delicious. This time I have to give a shout out to Emily, who coordinated with me with so much kindness for my gluten-free order over the phone and accommodated me so much throughout my experience ordering. Emily went above and beyond! Thanks again, Emily! :)

Better than any other chain sandwich shop. And you pay for it a bit.

College town Ikes has student employees. Seemed inexperienced in customer service. Company needs incentives and training for its employees.

I asked for No Dirty sauce, and they still put it it on one side. So gross....wish I could get my money back.

Update 12/3- Never heard back from Ownership on refund or replacement. Still poor customer service at this location.

I had the best vegan meatball sub. The flavors were phenomenal and it wasn't soggy like many sandwiches with sauce can get. I love the numerous variety of sandwiches for vegan and non vegans. I wish they had this restaurant in Florida where I'm from. I'd go every week!!
