This is one of the best In-N-Out burger joints in the Valley. Even better than the ones in Cali where I lived and they started their chain. The staff is always friendly and I don't think our meal was ever less that fresh and still warm when we got it home, a good 10-15 minutes later. Well done In-N-Out, Fiesta Mall, Well done!

I have tried this chain prob five times. The service and wait time is always excellent. Have really just tried to have an open mind since it's so popular, but the food is just not great. I have tried the burgers every possible style, same with the fries, the shakes are decent. I'm just not going to go back because I really don't enjoy the food and usually find my mood low after I eat it. I'm really not sure why it's always so busy.... do yourself a favor and go to Burger King and get a whopper with cheese. It is much more satisfying than In N Out.

Worst in n out ever. I ordered one single burger, it was made incorrectly. The cheese was not even between the buns. I watched my burger sit for 8 minutes before anyone picked it up to call my order number. The staff are slow, careless, and terrible at their jobs. Do not go to this in n out.
