Had a great experience at this In-N-Out today. Joel helped us at the drive-thru, and he was amazing — patient, friendly, and didn’t rush us at all. He repeated our order clearly, had a great attitude, and made the whole experience feel genuinely welcoming. Really appreciate the great customer service!

I think In and out has great service every time I’ve gone. I decided to try the hot cocoa for the first time and Gabriel fu asked if I wanted marshmallows… YES. He was kind when taking my payment and even told me to get home safe, but when I went to the next window the blonde lady was insistent on talking to the people next to her. She just handed me my food told me she’s just waiting on my hot cocoa and then turned around to keep talking. I kinda just stayed staring at her till she finally decided to look at me so that I could ask her if I could get some spreads and then does the same thing. Finally I get my hot cocoa that had no marshmallows :( and she turned around quickly once again and when she finally looks at me again and gives me an annoyed look for asking for a place mat. Foods always great tho

This place is next to perfect. You can't find a good quality, great price burger anywhere else. One of the few restaurants that haven't taken advantage of the people in this cruel world. Ty for that. Such a very simple place to go, no extreme menu with so much to choose from. Your a genius, whoever thought of this concept. VERY SIMPLE, VERY CLEVER

Even if the restaurant is full, the drive thru is packed, and the person in front of you can't make up their mind, the wait is always worth it! The staff is super friendly. Food is great, fresh and tasty.

Absolutely amazing service. The young man that took our order was very pleasant, respectful, attentive, and made sure our order was correct before personally handing to me. I would absolutely recommend eating at this location. We are outside and it was extremely clean inside and at the outside tables. Great setup for dining in, especially for fast food. Great job guys and really wish I knew the young man's name that took, as well as served me or food. Keep it up in n out. You've got my vote

Not going to get a better burger for the price. Fries are fresh so they don't have the crisp you want from french fries.
