Emotes were great, but food was cold. A friend & I were out doing errands & I talked her into going here for lunch on the way home. Unfortunately this was not the day for her to try somewhere new. We got through the drive-thru in good time, but even though it took us about 5 minutes (I live super close) to get to my house lunch was cold. I know I'm up for In & Out again, my friend said she's out. (I'll talk her into it).

Burger bun was hard on the edges. The meat & fries were not warrm. The meat patty was paper thin. Worst burger ever. Had to throw food away. But the milk shake was very good. Glad it was a gift card otherwise i would have gone back for a refund. Not going back there again.

Ordered 4 hamburgers without onions. She said they had allergies, and I ordered a double-double animal style and a cheeseburger animal style with 2 French fries. We usually get the bag separate when you say allergies. The ones with no onions come in its own bag? Well, this time they all came in yhe same bag and we couldn't go back because we're leaving on a trip
Food has gone downhill. Read the sticker on the front door explaining the chemicals in the food. 🫢🤔 The service is usually great, but the atmosphere is always so bland and lame.

As always, the best burger in town for an affortable price. I juat found out that you can ask for extra tomato or lettuce without paying more, which is very kind and makes sense, because my friend likes it without the works and I like a lot of stuff on it.

Not sure who’s cooking the burgers tonight but all 3 burgers I got at the drive thru had the buns BURNED TO A CRISP!! This is absolutely ridiculous that your employees would serve this. What a complete waste of money!!
