Emotes were great, but food was cold. A friend & I were out doing errands & I talked her into going here for lunch on the way home. Unfortunately this was not the day for her to try somewhere new. We got through the drive-thru in good time, but even though it took us about 5 minutes (I live super close) to get to my house lunch was cold. I know I'm up for In & Out again, my friend said she's out. (I'll talk her into it).
Ordered 4 hamburgers without onions.
She said they had allergies, and I ordered a double-double animal style and a cheeseburger animal style with 2 French fries. We usually get the bag separate when you say allergies. The ones with no onions come in its own bag? Well, this time they all came in yhe same bag and we couldn't go back because we're leaving on a trip

Food has gone downhill. Read the sticker on the front door explaining the chemicals in the food. 🫢🤔 The service is usually great, but the atmosphere is always so bland and lame.
