I will start off by apologizing as I normally do not leave bad reviews, I put in an order for just wings and it said it would be done at 9:29, we waited until 10:50, this I understood, I know sometimes it's busy so no problem there. My issue is when I called to check on the order. I was parked in the togo spot by the window where the person by the phone was. I call and watch as the young lady by the phone picks it up, does not say a thing, no hello even, hangs up on me, then continues to eat something while on her personal phone. I will also mention the whole time we were waiting she was also eating and on her personal phone. This was around 10:50pm on 09/12/25.

I decided to give them a try even though reviews are not great. I ordered 16 bone in wings through uber eats. They sent 10 boneless wings. I called them the # was in Texas and couldn't be used for messages. So I called Chili's and was told it's not their problem I needed to call the delivery service. What does the delivery service have to do with a wrong order? This place is 100% a stupid gimmick. There is absolutely no recourse for their screw ups for online orders and they know it. First order/last order! This place is absolute crap!!!
I honestly can't get enough of they're Garlic Parm boneless chicken. Perfect level of mild and delicious flavor and chicken. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, and I have nothing bad to say. The food is just that good it takes the words out of my mouth!!!!

My order was incorrect. I ordered a wing combo with 8 Nashville Hot and 8 Lemon Pepper. They didn’t give me Lemon Pepper. It was garlic sauce all over the place when it’s supposed to be lemon sauce…and I didn’t get my fries. I called and asked to speak with a manager and after 7 minutes on hold, they picked up and disconnected. Worst service I have ever had.

order a ribeye surf well steak was pretty much Raw fries were cold no shrimp sauce and also the french fries are in the wet from being in the steak juice needless to say I'll never go there again

The wings are not made fresh they were ready in 7 to 8 minutes when I was told 20 minutes the good time to make fresh wings I was so disappointed that they were hard and old
Parking: Besides the food being bad the parking is good
Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Food was fantastic, all the wings and sauces are delicious. The only reason why I gave 4 stars was because the fries were a little soggy, next time I’d ask to box them separately from the wings to help them from getting soggy.Otherwise I’d order again.

the food was cold, and the rips dried up like they been laying there all day and so was the fajitas not worse over $60 dollars for 3 plates
