This place is far too good for the ratings. Wings to go are some of the best (boneless at least, haven’t tried traditional). My only beef is the menu before they changed it was way better. Curly fries were sooo good and the new ones are meh.

We went in for dinner this evening. We sat at the bar. I asked for an ice water while we looked at the menu, and my partner asked for a whiskey & coke. He immediately received his drink. She then walked away. After a few minutes the bartender returned and started engaging with another employee and cashing them out. As she finished I asked about my water. She then said’ I’m trying to cash him out’. I mentioned that I thought I would get my water quicker than ordering a drink. She then became rude and started explaining to me how she had this whole staff of people that assisted her, while continuing to make rude comments under her breath. I still continued waiting for a glass of water. She stormed off. The manager walked out. I gladly tried to explain to her the problem she became rude told me I was messing with her family and kicked me out of the restaurant. Apparently they do not understand what customer service is. Instead of apologizing and being polite for their mishap they were incredibly rude and escorted me out.

Went to the bar at chili's I asked for a diet coke and the husband asked for a beer. My husband's drink appeared but somehow I had to wait 5 minutes for mine. When I made a comment to my husband as to why bar tender couldn't get my drink bar tender popped off at the mouth. Very rude distasteful. Super cold in the restaurant just ignorant.

This was my first time ordering from here. The chicken was as ordered but I ordered the blueberry lemon tart because I love lemon and there was no lemon glaze on it so it was just a dry blueberry pastry. I was super disappointed

This place is inside chilli's. You pick up your food from chilli's and it comes from chilli's kitchen. If you have had chilli's you are eating this place. Not sure why they mislead with the name, but it's chilli's you are order from.

Ordered today for an early dinner and when my food arrived, one of the items had ranch sauce from the cups (never even asked for ranch) spilled all over it so the wings and fries were gross and soggy. Don't particularly like ranch so it was disappointing. The other order of wings was fine though and the apple wood bbq flavor is yummy! Will order again and hope for better packaging next time. ????

I thought I had found a new wings place and was so excited to try it until my husband realized it was inside Chili’s after we had ordered. The food was fine, just like Chili’s food is fine but not something I wish I would have spent money in with so many other wings places that are much better. Super disappointed I was deceived by the name and didn’t look into it further until it was too late. ????
