I wish I could give them no stars, but, I just ordered from the 1025 Dobson Rd in Mesariverview. I ordered their combo meal which came with 4 tenders, curly fries, and a drink which was I thought was a good deal for it's price. I got to the to go parking spot and a gentleman came out giving me my order and I double checked it, and there were no fries. I came into the restaurant kindly letting them know they forgot my fries. The same gentleman tells me my order does not come with fries, so I asked him if he could make me an order please. Then he said I needed to order on the app. I say thanks and walk back to my car and as I was in my car trying to get fries online, low and behold my order WAS supposed to come with fries. Then the same gentleman ran out telling me he talked to his manager and said they'd throw in fries for me not even admitting or taking accountability that my order WAS supposed to come with fries. So I wait patiently and they give me my fries and I open the box to only find a handful of fries. I was really disappointed especially after being understanding and patient with them. So I order another thing of fries on the app I had to download and what do I get? Another small handful of fries even after I tipped them good the first time. I felt really played and a little disrespected. So don't order here unless you want to be told you're wrong or get ripped off. I hope the public finds this helpful. Shame on you Chili's/It's Just Wings.

Don't consider this place, after 2 hours of waiting and checking in saying it's still cooking they eventually said I already picked it up!??! No, all that time wasted the wings from a previous order were just ok all they had was convince and and affordability. I value my time and when it's wasted it holds alot to me. I will be not returning as well as informing those in my life to avoid this very poor establishment.

Successfully ordered from here once and it was great! I truly enjoyed the wings and fries. Although they were a little cold. I tried ordering online again a few days later, I kept getting an error message that my order didn’t go through. I even tried it in my laptop and desktop because I was craving these wings pretty hard that day and I still got the same error message on all my devices. No big deal. Technology crashes sometimes, it happens. I tried ordering again a week later and the combo I wanted is “unavailable” which makes no sense because the other combos with the same amount of wings were available but only if you get a drink. I don’t drink soda so I’m not paying for a soda. Such a bummer because I actually do like their wings.Im gonna start going somewhere else for wings till they make it possible to order over the phone or in person. Maybe I’ll come back and give ‘em a 5 star review once this is possible.

Inedible crunchy bones, no flavor. My boyfriend placed an order through Uber eats for a 16 wing combo, 8 piece wing, and a pie. Every wing was dry and so crispy it was inedible. There was hardly any meat at all, very disappointing for what we paid. To make it worse, we never received our dessert! We will be requesting a refund.

You’re better off ordering wings from a pizza place. I ordered buffalo and a dry rub, I couldn’t hardly see any difference, barely any sauce on buffalo. Seemed to over cook dry rub, some looked like they were dried out. Only true positive thing were the curly fries, better than Arbys! --Order placed for pick up.

Generally pretty happy but the last 2 times we've ordered through 2 different methods the garlic Parmesan wings have had nothing on them. We basically got plain chicken nuggets at that point. If it's not an option to order then it shouldn't be listed at all.

First, don't count on curbside delivery working out as it details on your receipt, just go in and get the order cause they pay no attention to the vehicles pulled in.Second, wings were decent, but borderline disappointing. Skimpy on the sauces, small in size, and overcooked in ny opinion. Plus side, the sauces were very tasty.3, Packaging was sloppy, 1 ranch cup did not have a lid secured and spilled all over the bag, and my oreo dessert did not have the chocolate sauce like it was supposed to.For a national brand like chillis to roll our a sister brand targeting a specific cuisine, one would think that they would put together both a solid execution plan as well as an adaptive follow through.

Mango iced tea is awesome! Bottomless lunch for dinner. $8.99 w/soup salad and chips and salsa. Black bean burgers also are always yummy for us veggies. Service is rarely a problem.
