I think it was the manager who took our order through the drive-thru she was very very nice ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ that's great when people take pride in their work and they got our order right

Grabbed a munchie meal with no lettuce and a brunchie meal at around 10 am & got the most burnt and dry curly fries I've ever eaten with my munchie meal. Half my fries were fresh while the other half was obviously cooked much earlier and left out to eventually get cold and hard. Really disappointing since this has been my go to jack for awhile, don't cut corners!!! Otherwise, service is alright and friendly for the most part.

Came through the drive through and was told my receipt would be in my bag. When I went to eat my food at work there was no receipt and half my order was missing. Tried to call multiple times and no one answers. Went in person and the manager was very rude and refuses to do anything about it because I dont have the receipt THEY DIDNT GIVE ME... dont understand why he cant look up the transaction from the day prior, or even go off of my bank statement. Lazy and rude manager and poor work ethics...

The staff is just doing their job so it's not bad but the food is crazy in pricing. Too expensive for what it is and it's nice to be able to go in and order your food and avoid the drive thru. The food needs to come down and the milkshakes too. The quality of food is nowhere near the price. I'm talking like their shakes are expensive their burgers are expensive and none of it is all that great. If you get lower quality food to save on money and then jack the price up, you got yourself a jack in the box.
