Customer Service needs a bit of improvement. I went in the other day & they weren't busy. In fact I have never seen them busy & I go at least 1x a week to this location as it is the closest to where I reside.
They knew I was standing at the counter, no other customers inside & never 1x did they ask if I could wait. I waited for almost 5 minutes. Definitely need Customer Service improvement. The restaurant is always clean.

Vegetarian options: Not really a place to eat if you are vegetarian. Not a good selection for that.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is wheelchair accessibility.

Did an online order and picked up through drive thru. When I got home which is 2 minutes away I didn't receive 2of the items so I went back with my daughter. I went through drive thru again and the young man who had helped me remembered and told me to pull through. When I got to the window a young woman was there I told her what had happened and she said ok walked back to the cook JENNY, while leaving the window open. As the cashier walked back to the window she said in spainsh while laughing "maybe she ate them and wanted more" not knowing I understood her. She said one minute in English I said ok and let it go. When she finally gave me the bag I noticed it only had one of the 2 missing items, I told the young woman and she looked confused asked the young man and he said yes I said 2 that is when JENNY yelled two!? Are you kidding? He said no I said 2. As the first young woman walked to the window I said in spainsh of course I want them I paid for them. She looked shocked now knowing I understood that they were making fun of me for the missing food. So I would avoid coming here. I've been coming here all my life and have never felt so disrespected.

I placed an order and it turned out that they canceled my order. They didn't return my money either.

Play sucked. They would not allow me to pay for my order. Apparently because I was not inside of a vehicle. I ride electric because I care about the economy something that this Jack in the Box clearly doesn’t know about? The place looked very unsanitary and I would not recommend this to location to anyone who wants to be safe. Manager was very rude . Didn’t even open up the window to me like a human being. Shout out for losers at Jack-in-the-Box???

Parking: They would not allow me to park because I apparently I didn’t have a vehicle. I ride electric only so in my eyes, I can see who really cares. It’s wrong to to me to not sell to me for I have no other means of transportion. The place has trash all over the parking lot and it smells like somebody peed in there drive true. Glad I didn’t eat here anyway ?

Damn.. Jack has really fallen off. Used to be they didn’t make it till you ordered it. Now I Order online and get there before the time. I get cold fries, cold tacos and paid extra for the large milkshake. And they don’t fill it.. man. I’m going to In and Out next time. I know it’s gonna be fresh.

I shouldn't review this dump. I hate all Jack places. It's offensive, to even call it food, from any of their places, they should close and just call it a day. The people that work at any location hate to work, obviously. The places stink of the items they make. ?

Employees need a refreshment course on CUSTOMER service. If I wanted attitude I would have ordered a side if attitude with the rest of my order. If you don't like cusromers or your job then change careers.

Well would be nice to get back home and have the food I ordered in the bag...that's how it works..I give you money in return for food. I'm not driving 15 minutes back for large curly fries and 2 tacos...but it sure is irritating. Enjoy my 8$

The prices are just insane these days and to top it off the breakfast burrito was a kids size and the croissant breakfast sandwich was like half the size that it used to be before the pandemic!! Weak portions all the way around !!! No bueno
