I ordered two combos. My girlfriend was two bites in when she started having the feeling to throw up. She modified her order to add mustard. For some reason she said it tasted different. She went to the bathroom to throw up. 15 minutes later she had to go throw up again. This is the first time this has happened to us with Jack. The food was hot and looked well cooked. I don't know what they did to her burger

Antonio from Baseline Rd Mesa doesn’t care about customer service. I got food ordered on the app. When it got to me, there was no silverware or syrup to eat the breakfast meal with and no curly fries so the meal wasn’t complete. This is the last 2 times they have messed up my order. Before saying don’t order from there, I have a son with ASD that wants their food.

I have noticed over the past two months that the deit selection on the soft drink machine is constantly empty, with other selections being blacked out. Tired of not having my choice as a possibility.
Jacks prices SUCK. In less then 2 weeks, the cost of a single egg roll more than doubled! Went from $1.99 to $4.29 if I remember correctly... possibly more... All their food is way overpriced! Done with them until they get their heads out of the clouds!

$21 is beyond corporate greed. Its robbery. The sandwiches were thinner than the stack of napkins we got. Go to WinCo and buy some groceries instead.
