Absolutely terrible that I was turned away when this place is open 24 hours. Was just trying to order breakfast & was told that they only have the drive through available. I came here last time and was not turned away. So I don’t know how this time could be any different. I’m trying to make the establishment business but I guess the people working on shift do not care enough about their customers.

The mini tacos here have me food poisoning. I’m currently writing this review at 3am, unable to sleep until I get these tacos out of my system. About an hour after I ate them my stomach felt weird. They definitely didn’t cook something right, don’t bring your kids here!!

Prices have gone sky high, but that is everywhere. Had to wait for the cashier to get off her phone to place my order. Almost every table was empty , but had not been cleaned. The music that was playing was so horrible, we ate fast so we could get away from it. Some sort of techno pop weird music.

Was picking up an order and the big boy I don't know his name was there around midnight 9/22 over night stuck his fingers (very unsanitary) in the fries and ate them very nasty overnight crew lol I wouldn't eat here. Then proceeded to tell me Next time when you come the lobby is closed but the door is wide open

Service and food are fine, and I have no complaints there. The soda machine was broken. It seems places with these fancier machines have a hard time keeping them working properly. Also, fast food inflation is making places like this less appealing. For what they charge they should do better than fine.

Walked in, stood in lobby for almost 5 minutes and no one came to front to take our order. Finally left once we realized no one was in the back, and there was no other employee in the building. As we were walking out to our car, saw the only employee smoking coming out of a side door on the side of the building and coughing. No acknowledgment of us leaving. Will not be returning.
Tried the new bacon swiss buttery jack and found the meat dry and lacking the buttery appeal that the buttery Jack's used to have. It was drenched in a mayo sauce. Probably the worst $10 burger I've ever had, couldn't even finish it. The tacos are still good but paying $13 for a meal where you only end up eating two tacos doesn't feel great.

Told me I didnt order here, so I try to buy my food, tells me register is closed.. he canceled my order and lied. Nice. Anyway been here a couple of times and its alright, generally slow but okay food. Theyve burnt a fair share of food and they definitely aren’t the nicest jack in the box so eh.
