Food is always good here. The service is hit or miss, in large part because of the speaker system they have for the drive-thru, as most of the time you can't hear the employee and they can't hear you. There is one employee who makes our day whenever he waits on us, Elijah. He has a great attitude, rarely makes a mistake on the order, and has a great smile that makes you feel that he really cares. Wish more places had an employee like him. This is our only Jack in the Box we eat at because it is the best.

Ordered egg rolls and tacos from drive thru. The twcos weee rubbery loke they had sat for a long time. The eagles although I had to wait for them so they should have been fresh were overcooked and tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. Food was not good

Went by tonight for a munchie meal ordered the ultimate cheeseburger with tacos and halfsies and coke, got stale fries and ok burger tacos I said no lettuce please and they had lettuce and small drink I thought it was a medium drink. But will never go to this one again. Started on the burger and had one curly fry in the picture.

Friendly staff, Excellent Food while dining in. Only thing is I been going every other day before work between 8pm-9pm. There's always been this guy fast asleep snoring in the lobby the times I went in.

slow workers, it’s not even busy, i’m picking up a doordash order and i’ve been waiting at this window 7+ min. when i was handed the food i asked if this was everything and the window was then slammed shut in my face with no reply.

My curly fries were covered in black stuff asked the worker if I could get fresh ones she gave attitude then said to wait out front when she bought out the “new fries” they were just thrown in the back and looked the same. Horrible I will be calling corporate and complaining especially about the attitude and rudeness.
Edit I think they might have mice or rated my sandwich had little black things shaped like rat poop and the bread looked like it was bubbles on by a rodent

I went there and one door was locked. The other was open. I go inside and nobody there. No customers and it looked like no employees. I waited a minute or two for someone toncome help me and nothing. I didn't even hear any employees working in the back. So I left. I have never eaten there before, so I thought I would try it.... I still haven't eaten there.

They were close outside on the inside but my kids, 5 and 3, had to really go pee and they let us use the bathroom. Forever grateful for that
They take forever, they have you standing there waiting 30-40 minutes.

Absolutely terrible that I was turned away when this place is open 24 hours. Was just trying to order breakfast & was told that they only have the drive through available. I came here last time and was not turned away. So I don’t know how this time could be any different. I’m trying to make the establishment business but I guess the people working on shift do not care enough about their customers.
