I work nights in the area. The last three times I've come after 10pm, they only do online orders so the drive thru is constantly closed. I'm pretty sure it's just the norm here now.
I do not recommend this location. Everyone that worked lastnight 1/5/2024 around 10:40ish were so rude. First off I'm hard at hearing so the first time I asked if I could do two separate orders, a girl worker said something I didn't hear so I said "huh?", I asked again and a guy intervened and mocked me saying "huh" and started laughing I didn't understand why they were being rude unprovoked when all I asked was a simple question very nicely at that. I decided not to get anything because of their rudeness and I will never go back to this location 10/10 I DO NOT RECCOMEND! If I could give no stars I would!

Needs to list hours more accurately. It says 24 hours, and yet if you come here between midnight and 4:30AM they will not serve you. They will say "Our computers are resetting, we can't take orders".Either figure out a computer system that doesn't need to reset, or change the hours that you advertise.This is not honest business practice.

Pulled up at 1:30am, proceeded to drive through, yet had the lane 2 pick up cone blocking drive thru, door was unlocked, yet the employee shorter girl black hair, get out of the passenger seat, I assume the boyfriend, and yelled were closed as I approached the door. Tried calling with no answer, only because I placed a online order already. But after yelling were closed, I replied with I placed an online order, she asked the name and walked inside. Food was obviously already cooked and sitting went inside for 2 minutes and came out with a bag, but you were closed? Anyways wasn't very friendly, just felt very unwelcoming. Plus why the hell are you in slippers at work? The manager needs to be fired at this point along with everyone that works there from 12pm to 3am. ps the food was cold, burgers, and the tacos were soggy, and im only a 2 min drive from them. Avoid this jack.

if i could give 0 i would girl answered the headset from her car in the parking lot and told me she couldn’t ring me up for a drink because she didn’t have any employees. there’s 5 cars in the parking lot.

Went here at 8pm on a Thursday and cashier didn't understand the order after repeating several times. Straight up entering in the wrong items as I say them and no response. Told me to wait in the parking lot, came out with the bag and no drinks.Then, to top it all off, messed up the order anyway. Asked for a breakfast burger with no cheese and got two patties with bacon and ketchup...Also the patty on another burger was undercooked..

By far the worst experience I've had at jack in the box. Picked this up this morning and didn't take more than a bite before tossing the whole thing away. Never seen a sausage patty look like this in my life. Save your money and go else where.
