Jackie was amazing here on main street. I had went to the power rd location in mesa and terrible service I got turned away they couldn't make my order they were very rude so I had to try another location near by. I can't believe the difference if service. Wow!! Thank you Jackie on main st amazing service!! She went above and beyond! The difference in customer service is insane literally! Wow!!!

I dont care how good the food is. I will never go to Jack in the box again. $18 for a chicken sandwich and regular fries and a regular vanilla milk shake. Its fast food for crying out loud. Skip it and have a sit down meal at an actual restaurant for the same price.

Fast food should be simple: order, prepare it the way it’s asked, and hand it over. Somehow, that’s a challenge here.
I ordered online — where there’s no room for “miscommunication” — and still ended up with extra mayo and ketchup after specifically asking for none. Fun fact: “extra condiments” isn’t even an option on the app, so this was just pure creativity on their part.
Ordering for two people? Apparently, that means one napkin. Guess we’re rationing now. And the tacos? Stale. Nothing says quality like biting into cardboard with meat.
It’s no mystery why Jack in the Box is closing hundreds of locations across the U.S. If this is the best they can do, they might want to close a few more.
