I ordered a soda. She tried to give me an orange juice with my meal.I told her I was allergic to orange juice and she said, oh, i'm sorry and handed me the orange juice anyway.. I ended up giving her the orange juice back and telling her I couldn't have it that I was allergic.And she just said, sorry, so I did not get my drink.That came with a beverage.. She just close the window.. And then the bag was torn, the sandwich was squashed and the sourdough bread.Half of the top of one was missing.. The whole experience was bad.. I will not be back again ever.. And by not giving me my beverage, technically, they stole from me and they owe me money.. I will just cook it home from now on and Jack in the box. We'll not get any more of my business .. These people want more money, but they can't even do a basic job that I was able to do when I was sixteen years old.. It's not brain surgery.. Yet they continue to mess up orders.. Wasn't even a large order, it was just one person's single meal and they couldn't get it right..

Fast food is fast food, and this isn't one I will repeat because the burger was much saltier than any I've had. The texture of the burger was good, but there was too much cheese and I had to wipe some of it off to remove the stickiness. The bathrooms were locked and you have to get a code to use them. Overall, the restaurant felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Someone came in with their dog, and a puddle was left on the floor near where they had been standing. However, the clerks were very friendly and my meal was prepared quickly. The fries were the best part.
All the food we got was amazing and had no wait recommend this place to anyone close

I'm from the East Coast and was excited to try Jack in the box. Food was just ok, nothing special, but service was horrible and they gave me the wrong flavor shake (which I also paid extra for cause it was a limited pink pineapple. Gave me strawberry but didn't notice til I got home since it was same color) Asked 5 times about a kids meal toy (said yes they give one w it) and they were arguing that it was in the bag I took out already to the car (had 4 bags of food and drinks) had to go out and bring it back just to be shown that I received the ONION RINGS for the happy meal. 5 times I must have said TOY. Said they don't have toys. I'm sorry but if you're working the front counter you should know the difference between a TOY AND ONION RINGS! So after that they still yelled at me saying they didn't know what I was talking about. I spent almost $100 and was treated like crap. Will never go back next time I'm near one.
