Fast food is fast food, and this isn't one I will repeat because the burger was much saltier than any I've had. The texture of the burger was good, but there was too much cheese and I had to wipe some of it off to remove the stickiness. The bathrooms were locked and you have to get a code to use them. Overall, the restaurant felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Someone came in with their dog, and a puddle was left on the floor near where they had been standing. However, the clerks were very friendly and my meal was prepared quickly. The fries were the best part.

I'm from the East Coast and was excited to try Jack in the box. Food was just ok, nothing special, but service was horrible and they gave me the wrong flavor shake (which I also paid extra for cause it was a limited pink pineapple. Gave me strawberry but didn't notice til I got home since it was same color) Asked 5 times about a kids meal toy (said yes they give one w it) and they were arguing that it was in the bag I took out already to the car (had 4 bags of food and drinks) had to go out and bring it back just to be shown that I received the ONION RINGS for the happy meal. 5 times I must have said TOY. Said they don't have toys. I'm sorry but if you're working the front counter you should know the difference between a TOY AND ONION RINGS! So after that they still yelled at me saying they didn't know what I was talking about. I spent almost $100 and was treated like crap. Will never go back next time I'm near one.

Ive gone to this Jack for years, and let me just say, they deserve medals for having to deal with so many temperamental, impolite people
Buy your food, and bounce out is my advice, before the police show up

This jack n the box makes the best Shakes!! They are perfect consistency and also the food is always the best. I specifically love this jack. And the employees are so nice. I gave 1 star for atmosphere because there seems to always be a random person standing outside of the drive thru window at odd hours. The parking lot is a bummer to look at. Anyway, they make food super fast!!

I go there at night every other weekday night sometimes on Saturdays too and there is always someone there's a very friendly and very accommodating the only thing is I wish their burgers and food came out hotter sometimes I am asked to back up or pull forward pass the serving line and park to wait for my food, that is the only thing that bothers me. But not enough need to change where I go
