Stopped by this Jack in the Box on Power Rd, and I gotta say—it was an experience. Ordered the smash burger, which was definitely smashed. Fresh? Yes. Salty? Also yes. Pretty sure my sodium intake is covered for the next week.
Also got a shake, which was less of a drink and more of a dairy-based endurance challenge. I tried to sip it, but my straw just laughed at me. Ended up waiting for it to melt like some kind of milkshake amateur.
Overall, solid fast food joint. Just bring a chisel for the shake and a gallon of water to balance out the salt.

It's crazy to have a tip cup at the window when you guys can't even get orders correct. There is no syrup with the French toast sticks and no utensils. I specifically asked for both so I could eat in the car. I got an extra hashbrown instead, so clearly, no one's paying attention. If you do eat here, check your order before you leave!
Older male employee working night shift was rude at the window and would not provide a paper bag for a large order I had picked up. I had three munchies boxes, three red bulls plus multiple other items and the employee stated "we don't give out bags for those". He would not even accept money to buy a paper bag. Reminds me of why I haven't been back to this location in years.

Who ever was working night shift on Oct 23rd at 12:15 am should not be in customer service. The guy would not even let me speak when placing my order, interrupting me after every item I'd order. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Needs to be coached on manners and common human decency. Will not be coming back to this location if that's how customers are treated. Surprisingly got our order right though, luckily.

The older Asian woman with a thick accent who took my order told me she didn’t want to make the churro creamaccino because I can make it at home and she got my orders wrong, I ordered a breakfast sourdough jack but got a basic sourdough jack, could not understand her whatsoever.
